We produce Live Hash Rosin by utilizing a process that begins at harvest. Here’s how we do it:

1. FREEZING THE PLANTS: As soon as the plants are harvested, they are quickly frozen to preserve the trichomes, ensuring the highest level of potency and flavor.

2. WASHING: After the plants are fully frozen, they are mixed with ice and water in a process we call “washing.” This extracts the trichome heads, creating what we call Ice Water Hash.

3. PRESSING: The Ice Water Hash is then carefully pressed with heat, resulting in a concentrated form known as Rosin. This method ensures that we create a clean, solvent-free product, retaining all the natural flavors and potency.

4. CURING: After pressing, the rosin is cured using a method specific to the product style being produced. Cure time and technique are adjusted to encourage the desired nucleation, texture, and terpene expression, resulting in a refined and stable final product.

5. JARRING: Once cured, our rosin is carefully jarred in high-quality Miron jars selected to preserve freshness, terpene integrity, and potency over time. By using meticulous, hands-on methods at every stage, Local Grove produces some of the finest solventless concentrates on the market. Each step is intentionally designed to protect the integrity of the plant and deliver a consistently premium experience.
