Dosing edibles correctly can require some trial and error due to their delayed onset and duration. Plus, weight, gender, age, genetics, and more can affect how your individual body metabolizes cannabinoids.
The general rule for dosing is to start with a single dose of 1 to 5 milligrams of edible THC. You should then wait up to 2 to 4 hours to evaluate its effects before consuming more.
