All Negative Reviews Are BS

I'm a Budtender, and I can tell you all of these bad reviews are people who don't know how to use cartridges. In each HH box it has instructions to take a few small puffs to loosen the oil, because unlike most other companies who add thinning solvents, their oil is pure. If you have trouble with the cartridge not hitting because there is an air bubble and oil won't come down after small puffs, light it with a lighter for 1-2 seconds, but not longer, the oil will loosen up. After two months we've only had 2 returns only due to a cartridge malfunction, most companies have about 2 broken per batch. This company is great and I can't wait to hopefully get their cold filtered carts in as well as the 2.2 gram carts. Keep it up guys!

Don't waste your money on regular heavy hitters

Spend the extra $10 and get the cold filter heavy hitters if you have to. The cold filter cartridges have oil that has been winterized. When oil is winteriezed before distillation, it comes out completely clear and 99% filtered of contaminants. The regular heavy hitters carts contain oil that hasn't been winterized, that's why they're cheaper and suck so much. (Harsh, bad taste, don't get you as high). Most cartridge brands on the market winterize all their oils by default, (710 Kingpen, Treebase, Kurvana, Interstate 710, Alpine, even Brass Knuckles just started winterizing all their oil recently) but heavy hitters still sells unfiltered oil at a cheaper price in order to compete for market value over brass knuckles. It's a little sleazy because the general public isn't informed on the science but that's what happens in an unregulated market..

Tried three cartridges

1st one: barely hitting 2nd one: OMG WHAT IS THIS AM! I ALMOST DIED IT WAS LIKE SMOKING MUSTARD GAS 3rd one: SAME NASTY HORRIBLE BURNT TASTE Clearly these have an issue with their voltage being too low.
