Red Velvet is a balanced hybrid from Grandiflora Genetics in Oakland, California, and marketed and sold by Cookies. Some sources say it's a cross of Lemon Cherry Gelato and Pina Acai, others believe it's a cross of Orange Velvet and Redrum. The top reported aromas of Red Velvet are cinnamon, apple, and herbs. And it is said to taste fruity, earthy, and like a Red Hot candy.
