Cookies and Cream is the strain that helped launch Exotic Genetix into another league. Bred by Washington's Exotic Mike, the balanced hybrid crosses a Starfighter F2 with an undisclosed GSC phenotype. Mike had acquired Starfighter directly from Alien Genetics and already had a GSC cut in his garden when he brought the two together, creating one of the defining dessert strains of the early 2010s.
Sweet vanilla and cream dominate the aroma, backed by nutty cookie dough, earth, wood, and a little citrus around the edges. The flowers tend to grow dense and seriously frosted, with the Starfighter side showing up in the heavy trichome production. It's less straight sugar than the name suggests, with enough earthy funk underneath to keep the whole thing from smelling like somebody stuffed an Oreo into a grinder.
