GMO by Independent Farm | Gold
GMO from Independent Farm is a genetic blend of Girl Scout Cookies and Chemdawg resulting in this spicy little number. The sticky green buds are known for their strong body buzz and a relaxed experience true to it’s indica roots. This strain is a heavy-hitter with high THC potency and long lasting effects.
Dominant terpenes caryophyllene, limonene, humulene give it that sharp diesel and earthy aroma. GMO is reminiscent of camping, a full body mellow that comes after a day of hiking, camphor and smoke lingering on your clothes. These Gold grade buds are grown with care and hand-trimmed for the utmost quality.
Flow Kana sources from and gives scale to unique, independent farmers in Northern California to bring you the finest sun-grown, craft cannabis. This jar is 100% recyclable and reusable.

We believe that everyone should know who grows their cannabis, including where and how it is grown. Flow Kana partners with independent multi-generational farmers who cultivate under full sun, sustainably, and in small batches. Using only organic methods, these stewards of the land have spent their lives balancing a unique and harmonious relationship between the farm, the genetics and the terroir. The result is an unparalleled product that simply cannot be found anywhere else.
We pride ourselves in being the first sustainable, sun-grown cannabis brand that embraces California values and the small farmer ecosystem. We partner, and give scale, to premier craft farmers in the Emerald Triangle who focus on small-batch boutique strains. Our values are simple. Respect the land, the farmers and the medicine that they produce. #TheCaliforniaWay
Contrary to what you might think, GMO Cookies is not a genetically modified organism but a cross between Chemdawg D and a GSC (formerly Girl Scout Cookies) Forum cut. Also known as GMO or Garlic Cookies, GMO Cookies has been attributed to the breeder Mamiko Seeds, but this skunky phenotype has also been said to have been discovered by a breeder named skunkmasterflex.
While Mamiko seems to have called it just GMO, dispensaries were understandably wary of having that “GMO” label on their shelves and went with Garlic Cookies instead. GMO Cookies is said to carry a flavor of garlic, mushroom, and onion that descends from its Chemdawg lineage.
Divine Genetics also has a strain that’s a cross of Chemdawg #4 and GSC that it calls Chem Cookies. Despite the similar genetics, it appears to be a different strain with different phenotypes for both parents, although it’s worth noting that some people do confuse two strains. GMO Cookies is said to produce olive green buds with bits of purple and orange blanketed by a mantle of trichomes.
