Ice Cream Cake by Mad Scientist Genetics is a cross of Cheesecake and Dream Cookie, two cultivars with GSC (formerly known as Girl Scout Cookies) and Blue Dream in their genetics. The strain has a sweet, sour, and nutty flavor profile with hints of vanilla, according to the breeder. Per Mad Scientist Genetics, Ice Cream Cake has tested at 23% THC content.
