White Widow x The Ultimate
This superb and long-awaited cross of two of our most respected varieties delivers great yields of very strong, highly resinous, buds. We offer this variety only in regular seeds; she will be popular with new growers, old-school connoisseurs and home-breeders looking for a reliably potent variety which is easy and robust to grow. For many years we have had repeat requests for a White Widow cross, she is one of the original iconic breeds and the strongest indica-dominant in our collection. The Ultimate is perhaps our heaviest yielder, but also very powerful. A male White Widow and female ‘Ultimate’ were put together to produce this mixed indica/sativa. The high is strong and intense yet allows you to remain active. The plants are very oily with a noticeable Haze taste together with earthy/citrus flavours which are twisted together with pine. She grows up to 1.5m tall with very good yields and does well in all mediums with the best results in DWC (deep water culture). Plants can be harvested as early as 8 weeks but some will prefer to wait 10 weeks for full bud production and ripeness.

A partir de un cruce entre una White Widow masculina y una “Ultimate” femenina, se consiguió esta esta mezcla de Indica y Sativa. El subidón es fuerte e intenso aunque nos permite estar activos. Las plantas son muy aceitosas, con un notable sabor Haze mezclado con sabores cítricos, terrosos y de pino. Puede alcanzar los 1,5 metros de altura con una producción muy buena y crece perfectamente en todos los medios, con mejores resultados en sistemas DWC (Deep Water Culture). Las plantas ya se pueden recolectar a las 8 semanas pero algunos cultivadores prefieren esperar hasta las 10 semanas para conseguir una completa producción y madurez de los buds.

White Widow is a cross of two landrace strains, Brazilian and South Indian, from Green House Seed Company in Amsterdam. Green House breeder Arjan Roskam reports having developed White Widow in the early ’90s with fellow Netherlands breeder Ingemar.
According to Arjan, the strain’s original name was Arnhem’s Wonder before he and Ingemar commercialized it in seed form and changed the name to White Widow. The winner of first place Bio at High Times Cannabis Cup in 1995, White Widow delivers a strong peppery cedar flavor and a complex, long-lasting high that starts with a relaxing haze and gives way to an explosive buzz, as reported by Green House.
Green House has tested White Widow at 18.76% THC, 0.10% CBD, and 0.28% CBN. The seed bank has also developed autoflowering and high-CBD autoflowering versions of the strain by hybridizing White Widow with Ruderalis and high-CBD strains, respectively.
