Love Potion #9 - 1g Doobie

Origin 1: The classic Love Potion #9 is commonly traced to Love Potion #5 and Northern Lights #5, although its original breeder remains unclear. This version leans indica and reportedly smells like honey, grapefruit, tropical mango, and flowers over a cheesy, earthy base. The flavor keeps the honey and florals up front before citrus hangs around on the exhale.

Origin 2: Ziplock Seeds sells a genetically separate Love Potion #9 identified on its seed listing as “F-(Hot Rod Headdy Wedding).” The breeder does not explain that notation clearly enough to construct a reliable family tree, so its parentage, dominance, potency, and sensory profile remain unpublished.

Origin 3: Tumble by Timeless uses Love Potion No. 9 for another version reportedly built from Southern California OG and a South African sativa. That pairing separates it from both the classic Love Potion #5 × Northern Lights #5 cultivar and Ziplock Seeds’ release.

Across the versions with effect reports, Love Potion #9 tends to start social before turning the lights down. Consumers describe giggly euphoria, easy conversation, and a loose, unhurried mood that settles into deeper relaxation as the session wears on. The exact chemistry changes with the bottle, but most versions reportedly work better for flirting with the evening than fighting through the morning.
