I was very skeptical if this would work or not, but bit the bullet and bought it. I rubbes it on my shoulders, my back, neck, and my chest. A few mints go by and you can start to really warm up. It is almost like a cold heat if that makes sense. Afterwards, it fades into a nice warm feeling. Heck, i even tried some on my feet. I feel like im walking on air! Im pleasantly suprised. It really did loosen me up first useage. The smell is a little strong and kina reminds me of licorice in a way
