Jelly Cake, sometimes spelled Jellie Cake, is an indica-dominant hybrid by most reports, although there may be as many as two different crosses that go by this name. The first is the most widely described, which is a cross between Biscotti and Sunset Sherbet. This version smells of jelly with creamy notes and has a noticeably sweet flavor. The original breeder for this cross is not known. The other version of Jelly Cake comes from Holy Smoke Seeds and is a cross of Forbidden Jelly and Seed Junky Genetics' infamous Ice Cream Cake strain. With this latter version, you can expect more candy flavors, like watermelon Jolly Ranchers, but you'll still get that creaminess. The Holy Smoke variety is reported to be particularly excellent for extractions.
