We created Breez in 2015 when my grandfather was struggling with the side-effects of aggressive cancer treatment. I spent weeks failing to convince him to try cannabis for relief; no matter what study, article, or statistic I shared, he refused. On our last night together he told me, “I know you’re right. I know cannabis will help me. But I just can’t do it.” He had his reasons. I left heartbroken.
