I ordered a 2G vape pen, they called me to tell me that they didn’t have that and asked if they could substitute it for another of equal weight. Not the most professional practice, but not a big deal. They sent two 1G pen’s, however one of the boxes was empty. I immediately tried to contact the retailer, calling and calling and calling. After about an hour I got them on the line and told them what happened, sent a picture and everything. They told me “That is impossible, we have a video of us checking the boxes” which would be weird anyway, but is obviously a lie. Then they laughed at me while I pleaded with them that they are incorrect and hung up on me and refused to answer any more calls. 0/10 unprofessional scam artists
