Two biochemist majors from the University of Davis California began hunting and cross-breeding genotypes in an attempt to achieve an effect that would provide all the benefits of cannabis they loved and reduce some of the effects they weren’t keen on. An indica-dominant hybrid from the breeders at California-based Cookies Fam Genetics, London Pound Cake is a cross between Sunset Sherbet and an unknown hybrid strain (the breeders have kept the strain's true lineage under wraps).
