When the dust settled at the Thunderdome on Saturday night, August 2, 2025, motocross icon Colby Raha had just rewritten the history books — launching a Harley-Davidson Sportster 1200 a jaw-dropping 205 feet through the South Dakota sky to set the new world record for the longest H-D V-Twin motorcycle jump.

Raha hit the ramp at 79 mph, sent 550 pounds of motor and metal soaring more than half a football field, and landed clean — shattering the 183.7-foot mark Seth Enslow had held for 15 years since 2010.
This wasn’t Raha’s first headline of the year, either — the record-breaker arrives fresh off his seventh X Games gold medal in Salt Lake City and a 200-foot leap to flat at Palm Springs Surf Club earlier in the summer.
