departure.\u00a0 The Trip Prize is subject to seat and hotel availability, as well as Sponsor\u2019s terms and conditions generally applicable thereto.\u00a0 If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to Grand Prize Winner\u2019s proximity to Trip Prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor\u2019s sole and absolute and absolute discretion).<\/span><\/p>\n\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nIf, for whatever reason, the event associated with the Trip Prize is cancelled after the Trip Prize is awarded, Sponsor\u2019s liability for the prize is limited only to the non-event portions of the Trip Prize.\u00a0 No compensation will be paid in lieu of the cancelled event.\u00a0 The tickets to the event are subject in all respect to the terms and conditions set forth on the tickets and any requirements of the facility hosting the event.\u00a0 Seat locations (if applicable) will be determined by Sponsor.\u00a0 The Grand Prize Winner is strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading, or otherwise transferring the tickets unless Sponsor consents in writing.\u00a0 In the event Grand Prize Winner (and\/or his or her companions) engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor or any prize provider in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the applicable experience early.\u00a0 Decisions regarding the conduct of the Grand Prize Winner and guest (if applicable) in all aspects of their participation in the prize event\/activity will be in the sole discretion of Sponsor, and any of Sponsor\u2019s representatives and final and binding in all respects.\u00a0 Grand Prize Winner and guest may be removed or disqualified from participating in any aspect of the prize for any reason at any time, including, without limitation, creating an unauthorized disturbance, interruption, or unnecessarily rough physical contact, creating the potential for injury or property damages, or for any unhealthy, unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate act.\u00a0 If the Grand Prize Winner and\/or his or her companions, in the opinion of Sponsor or any of Sponsor\u2019s representatives, is considered a physical or mental threat to the well-being of
