Karma care is the best! Staff is always so polite and ready to answer any questions. They have great deals & treats with every donation. I've been braggin about St. Andrew's up here in Santa Barbara for the last 5 months or so. They have great flowers the deals are great! I drive down to LA every other week to pick up 28 grams of their top shelf. Well last week I did the usual routine & saw that Andrew Gift was on sale for $375. So, I purchased my ounce (or so I thought) gave my tender a tip & walked out. Got to my car, opened my bag & notice I only walked out with 14 grams!! Walk back in and told the guy what happend. He gave me my whole & I walked out & drove back home. Not thinking to check again. I mean why should I? The guy does this every day. He knows what he's doing, right?? Well the next day I look at the label & it reads SKYWALKER (which was on sale for $275/oz) instead of ANDREW'S GIFT ($375/oz)!!!!! What the heck happend there?! My opinion is this. This guy was trying to come up on me from the get go....I don't mean to point fingers, but come on. How are you going to let someone walk out with 1/2 their purchase, then fix it, but let them walk out with flowers that were $100 less then what you had originally purchased??!! That was messed up big time!!! I paid $100 more then I was supposed to & I GAVE HIME A $5 TIP!!!
I called the same day I noticed & actually spoke to the tender that served me that morning (I wanted to speak to his supervisior, but he told me they weren't available). Part of his convo to me was that I should've checked my sack before I left!!! I did the 1st time. I didn't know I had to triple check you on how to serve flowers. He said he'd make it up to me. Maybe he should stop smoking before work!!! Just a thought.
I like this place a lot. They have a great selection, but I don't ever want that guy to serve me again.
Sweets805, We are soo sorry to hear about your experience with us. In no way do we ever want any of our patients to be unhappy. We are taking care of your problem, maybe he was tired, but we will not make excuses. We absoutely apologize. Please come and switch out your flowers, and you will also be reimbursed for the difference and your incovenience. We hope we can change your mind about us as this will never happen again. Policies hae been changed.
Kushism is one of best shops I've been to. My fav is Skywalker OG. I drive althe way from Santa Barbara to pick these herbs up! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They offer monthly coupons, Super Sized 1/8, & I even find more awesome deals from them on Budsaver.com!!! I definetly recommend Kushism to All cannibis patients. =)
