Afgoo

Strain Description

Also known as Afgooey, Afgoo derives its name from its Afghani landrace heritage. Online sources report the strain was created in California from an Afghani Indica crossed with the more tropical Maui Haze. The “goo” part of its name is said to refer to the buds’ sticky resin that oozes from its abundant trichomes. In the past, breeders were only able to procure clone cuttings of Afgoo, but those at Green House Seed Company were able to recreate the strain’s seeds. Afgoo flourishes in indoors and is best nourished with controlled soil or hydroponics. Breeders can expect flowering times of 8-9 weeks, and squat plants and densely packed buds.
