id=\"h-materials\">Materials<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Top-shelf cannabis buds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannabis concentrate (BHO or CO2 oil)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kief (the powdery, <a href=\"https:\/\/weedmaps.com\/learn\/dictionary\/trichome\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">trichome<\/a>-rich residue at the bottom of your grinder)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tongs or This process can take several hours.
