It was just another September day in 2017 when Twitter legend @Simple_Sasha<\/a> posted a wildly popular tutorial on social media for rolling a not-so-common blunt made out of rose petals. People immediately began testing their own rose petal blunts, and smoking rose petals with cannabis became an iconic part of weed culture practically overnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If regular blunts or traditional rolling papers are great, then rose blunts offer an even better smoking experience. Rose petal extractions are used in candles, essential oil blends, body products, and wellness formulations because they contain antioxidants and are inherently soothing with calming effects. Cannabis (in case you hadn't heard) also has stress relief and anti-inflammatory properties, making the combination irresistible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, rose and cannabis share chemicals, like floral-smelling nerolidol<\/a> and geraniol, along with other aromatic terpenes that give both weed and rose blooms their intoxicating smells. So it makes perfect sense to get intoxicated with both. This is also why the video resonated so much \u2014 not only are colorful petals more aesthetically pleasing than a plain blunt wrap, they smell worlds better. <\/p>\n\n\n\t\t\t
