I didnt know the beauty of their ability to appropriately issue a mmj license and rec. i have been a patient for about a month now and im very satisfied to know this place could only do me right. staff here is very concerned with your wellbeing along with how law enforcement may deal with you depending on city. please respect them and be smart with your choices! recommend all your family and friends you care for! they will be treated right
I came here a year ago...... I walked in and was told to stand outside... why??? I assume because I looked underage. The guy came outside and asked what was my age and I told him 20. So then he let me in and told me the price up front and what it was exactly for. I paid up front $60 for my ID rec and the actual paper rec. The whole process was about 30-40 mins. I did the paperwork and waited for 10 - 15 minutes because he was dealing with someone else. Afterwards, he called me to the back and he was asking few questions such as, why did I choose to get this, if I have tried anything else before this option, or if you had tried and just knew it would help you. Then he talks about how to respond to an officer that pulls you over and the risk about smoking. (which is another 10-15 minutes) Lastly, we walked to his desk and he was showing me in the computer of how my ID and my rec. would look. Printed it, shook hands & walked out to get me some tree.
renewed again here and it's always quick and easy. I would not go anywhere else parking in the back and free.
I just renewed my license here for the second time. Friendly Doctor. Fast, easy, stress free. It was clean and not in a shady looking building, which is important to me since I am a young woman. I will be returning to renew my license.
My only complaint would be that it is clearly advertised on this website that the renewal price is $35 for 1 year as long as its within 3 days, My license expired on 1/31/16 and today is 2/2/16. When I brought this up, he told me that the $35 was for only 6 months. In the end I paid $40 for the paper renewal and I skipped getting the ID card because it would have been $50. Either way its still the best experience that I've had with getting my license. There is a place in Thousand Oaks that charges $100, so I consider this a good deal. (even though its a 45min drive for me to get there lol) Highly recommend this doctor.
Walked in without an appointment and was seen immediately after completely some paperwork. Evaluation went well and I was on my way in about 15 minutes total. Will be coming back next year for my renewal!
