It's been nearly a week. Still havent gotten any of my phone calls returned, still have double charges on my account (my bank is now disputing), and I still dont have this card.
My friend used mmjdoc instead. Use them, not this place. He said they take care of you in minutes. I'm about to go through them right now 👍🏻
I submitted mine over 9 hours ago and am still sitting here waiting...mainly because my insomnia wont let me sleep. The person who answers the phone literally cannot answer a single question and says they'll call back which they obviously dont. I assume all these weedmaps positive reviews are by employees (Ive worked at companies that require its employees to write positive reviews).
Even if they approve it, I'm cancelling it, getting my money back and going somewhere else. Id give zero stars if I could because this place did literally nothing except take $100 from me (oh ya I forgot to mention, they charged me twice. This place is a fucking waste).

it took nearly 6 hours to get approved with no communication as to why, hard thing for someone with anxiety to sit and wait and wait. that's why the 1 star for ♿. but it did finally come through.
They're horrible! Don't call people back and take your money. Save your time and go somewhere else!
Getting my recommendation was fast and easy and the doctor I spoke with was kind and knowledgable so the experience obtaining my Rec was very noteworthy but it was the physical recommendation that was the problem. I opted for the $150 growers, ID, and rec package but they only got on file I paid for the $50 package but I was still charged the $200. I ignored that fact because I need my medicine and I'm not one to complain a lot. So I just took the rec and went to the shop but it turns out my ID number is incorrect and they shipped me the wrong one so after emailing them they sent me another one with a "complimentary" ID card but with the exact same patient ID number so my ID and rec are useless and I'm out $200 and I only have until December to get a new one and use it. It's honestly been a headache more then a relief.
This is a great service and I'm very appreciative of the convenience .Its been hard with my work schedule to make it in to an MD office. So thank you sooooooo much!! ♡♡
