St. Augustine VA Clinic is a St. Augustine Medical Marijuana Doctor’s Office
Dr. Rosado provides patients with compassionate and highly qualified care, evaluating qualifying individuals for their medical marijuana treatment recommendation. Based at the St. Augustine Veteran’s Association Clinic, Dr. Rosado strives to help veterans in St. Augustine and throughout Florida to regain their quality of life through medical cannabis and other successful treatments.
Dr. Joseph Rosado graduated from the Central University of Este (UCE) School of Medicine in 2001, serving his residency as a family medicine doctor at the Hospital Metropolitano until 2009. Well versed in a variety of conditions and diseases and more than sixteen years of practice, the doctor began working at the St. Augustine VA Clinic to provide his expertise to veterans following their service to American Citizens. Treating many veterans who faced chronic pain, PTSD, and other debilitating conditions, the doctor researched medical cannabis as a potential alternative to damaging prescription medication that often did more harm than good. Following thorough research, Dr. Rosado decided to include medical marijuana recommendations as a part of his family medicine practice.
Dr. Rosado treats patients at the St. Augustine VA Clinic as well as at his own practice, Prompt Care, in Orange City. Patients with qualifying conditions wishing to see Dr. Rosado must schedule an appointment in advance, and continue seeing the doctor over a 90-day period to establish the appropriate doctor-patient relationship as required by Florida Law. Patients are more than welcome to call with any questions or concern.
