I work in technology so I know this was avaible online. Saw ad here on WMaps called made an appt for 3 hours later. Doctor put me through a battery of common "what's your ailment" questions. He confirmed I had my "official" ailment, (I already knew I was in pain), and within one hour got my recommendation without issues. A few days later got my hardcopy! PRESTO... Obviously not for everyone as you can tell with some complaints here but I've used it with NO issues so far throughout dispensaries in Riverside, Ca. I think if you're cool with them and let them know your fears/concerns they'll answer all your questions. I've had no probs... FYI.

DO NOT RENEW/REGISTER WITH THESE FRAUDULENT THIEVES. Today at two different dispensaries I have previously visited regularly (with this rec), informed me my recommendation given by MMJDOCTORONLINE was in fact fraudulent and are not certifiable or valid recommendations. After realizing my online verification was unsafe, I verified with the CA health board about my physician who approved it, Dr. Miller, and it turns out he passed away in 2016, practiced ophthalmology professionally during his lifetime (no relation to medical marijuana whatsoever), and that his License is running out the clock since his death. After contacting the support at MMJDO, they would not give me any info about the doctor, refused to provide any more information about his role or their procedure, and the receptionist gave a fake name TWICE when I asked (same raspy voice). She simply told me that I was wrong and to just go somewhere else. To seem legit, they have setup their own verification system to bypass Greenlife and other HIPAA certified authorizations. A Piece of shit move from a scam company. Make sure you see your doctor face to face (even skype) when renewing a rec. They were quick to cancel and refund my recommendation once they knew I was onto them-- the service rep wouldn't give any helpful or legal advice. Currently waiting for refund to process. They can steal your identity, have access to medical records, and can use this information in any way. I will still be pursuing legal action against them. Be safe and stay informed fellow patients.
No address is placed an the online service is pretty shity an if do online you only have a copy not the real thing. Not worth the time and effort
Dude it was very easy and convent took only 30 minutes cost 69 bucks for recommendation and photo id whooo thanks 😃
Haven't used it yet so anxious to go right now but I'm nervous and as simple as it all was is it going to b that simple when I go to the dispensary... Also it's a California rec and I'm in Las Vegas

I have anxiety, so even signing up for this was scary to me. But the website is extremely straightforward and clearcut as far as instructions go. They have a questionaire, and then your answers are reviewed by the doctor. I received my email with the copy of the letter, and it's accessible on your account anytime. [I saved mine to my computer just to be safe, and printed it.]
It has the seal on it, and they also give you a website to verify your approval on in case the dispensary asks for it.
The card shipped the same exact day that I signed up, and should be coming in the mail anytime. I was able to get approval at a dispensary using it and did not have any issues. Definitely check it out if you are in need and have a hard time getting in to see a Dr. in person.
Received my digital recommendation within 20 min on a late Thursday night and way accepted by the local pharmacy...hard copy and ID arrived the following Monday. Fantastic service, lightning fast ship, highly recommend.
So I got my rec from these guys a couple of months ago but I can't seem to get in to my local dispensary. It was DC collective that I tried to go to, but they told me they wont accept a rec from mmjdoctoronline. Has anyone else had this problem? Or can anyone suggest a dispensary that might accept my rec from these guys?
Got my review online earlier this week, used it (printed .pdf) the next day at my dispensary. used a $10 off discount code provided by dispensary. Haven't received hard copy or card yet. Thinking this is Great, my friend redoes hers. The next morning I get an email at 3am from Alex saying get $5 off for a friend and $5 for yourself for referrals.
Contacted Catherine by email explaining that I got the email after both my and my friends transactions , could I get it applied.
To get a discount your friend should have followed your unique referral link before the registration process"
Me- Thank you for noticing that the offer came in at 3am this morning and therefore would have been impossible to use without a time machine.
"You are very welcome!"
Your Customer Service is illogical at best.
Is there somebody there that can comprehend and process information?
So how exactly could I have used the link?
"All our information is on our website. Emails are sent to remind and for those who don't bother to read it"
No it's not on your website in FAQ , sitemap or anywhere else.
Tell me where to click
That was an hour ago.
I used this because I don't like sitting around for hours in an office.
I am curious what the card looks like; I'll update when it comes.
This is the best most professional source available to get a recommendation. I had no problems with MJDOCTORONLINE whatsoever. Those who don't know if it works or legit, trust and believe it's real 100% in and out. 5/5 Thank you.
