About

Getting your medical marijuana card in Florida is very easy. In Marijuana Care Clinic, we only have two requirements:

1) Florida Residency

Permanent residents must have a valid FL driver's license or ID.

Snowbirds must have two separate proof of residence. Ask the office for more details.

2) Recent medical records including a qualifying diagnosis. The records must be within 2 years of age from each visit with us. Records cannot be: medications, imaging (MRI's, CT scans, Biopsies, etc.).

We strive to make each visit with us as easy as possible. We have options to get checked in and educated prior to your visit to make your appointment go even smoother. Once you have your two requirements, you can schedule your appointment online or by calling us. Once the doctor has determined that the patient has one of the qualifying conditions, he or she will register the patient on the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry. We will assist the patient with the state application for the card that has a separate fee of $77.75 (yearly). Once the application is processed, it will only take 10 business days to get approved and to get started on medical marijuana!
