I am a recent applicant who went through Integr8 Burlington to pursue a medical marijuana card for PTSD and anxiety.
My doctor, Dr. Hong Truong, was very informative and helpful with navigating Massachusetts application system (which is not the easiest system to work with). The staff at Integr8 are very friendly and are were ready to answer any questions I had.
Just a few quick neutral notes - Please bring all your paperwork! The staff was very thankful that I had everything that is required to bring for an appointment. Failure to bring medical records/ID/Note from a therapist or psychologist can result in a delay of your application and might cost you an extra $175 for another appointment! In addition, they have a very strict time policy - you must arrive 30min prior to your appointment your first time and if you are 15 min late, you are turned away and you are charged for the appointment. Fortunately, if you plan ahead you won't face any of these problems.
The only downside I noticed was that the location is crammed into a small office building that is rather hard to get to, plan an extra 5-10min before an appointment (in addition to the 30min early that you are already required to be) to get there and find the suite. The price of getting a medical card in MA is not cheap, but I felt that for a reasonable $225 you get the professionalism you pay for.
Overall, I had a very smooth and easy appointment, and I look forward to continuing my treatment through Integr8.
