The nurses and support staff are good but the docs themselves are rude, distracted, and belittle their staff in front of clients. The quality of their services doesn't set them apart from anyone else in the market to justify going there. No interest in going back.

I'll be back as soon as this one expires, balls to the walls
This was my first time ever going for a recommendation and I was thoroughly impressed with how easy and fast they made the process. I will definitely return for my renewal next year.

I called one day to see what the prices and hours are and the person on the other end just picked up without saying anything. This is that conversation
Office: *picks up*
Me: *after a minute* Hello?
Me: Is this the doctor's office?
Me: The Medical Cannibis Doctor?
Me: What are your prices and hours?
There was an exasperated sigh and I got the info I needed. $39 for renewals, I get the hours. Okay, I'll swing by and check it out.
Next day, I go up there; the lobby is clean and the receptionist was nice. She told me it would be $50 for my renewal. "I called yesterday and I was told $39." They charge a $10 processing fee. I didn't care that much so I fill out my paperwork AND I SIGN MY REC BEFORE I EVEN SEE A DOCTOR OR PAY. That's what the processing fee must be for.
There was on person ahead of me. He goes in and less than a minute later he walks out and gets his rec.
Receptionist: That'll be $50 dollars.
Patient: I called 2 days ago and they said it would be $40.
Receptionist: Oh ok! That'll be $40.
So, my turn. Go into the doctor's office. It's just a laptop and you skype the doctor who's from American Samoa according to his profile. The whole thing lasted 30 seconds. My prom night lasted longer than that. The doctor asked if it was a renewal if marijuana worked for me and then he hung up without saying goodbye. It only lasted 30 seconds because I couldn't hear him through his crappy mic. I thought we got disconnected (I don't know what the internet is like in Samoa). I call again and the doctor is busy. I walk out, tell the receptionist and she calls him again a minute later. Doctor sees me again and asks the same questions and hangs up. That's really all there is to it. I walk out get my rec. Say the same thing the dude before me said and receptionist says no, there's a $10 processing fee. Whatever...
I hope they use that extra $10 to get a decent mic. I was really worried that the rec wouldn't be valid but I went to SCSA and had no problem getting in.
This place is quick and dirty, which is fine with me but argue for that $10. Also, the receptionist will recommend a dispensary in the same building that I didn't find on this site. Don't go there...

I was browsing the net to find a doctor's office close to my house. I visited this doctor's office and had a great experience. The doctor was Fantastic and the young lady at the front desk was super nice. My visit lasted twenty minutes which I thought was reasonable. Go to this office, everyone is pleasant and I had a wonderful experience.

I've been going here for the past 4 years. It's always been the same older foreign Doctor until this recent trip. This time it was a skype call, which I don't mind, but the pricing switch they pull is BS. They have adds running in various spots, including their avatar above, with prices that aren't offered when you actually go to pay. In the heat of the moment, I paid, then watched another dude go through the same conversation about their advertised price vs what's being charged.
If you decide to go, just know that it's $60 for a renewal. The receptionist said, "yeah, prices are up at all the doctors' offices. It's normally $80, but I'll give it to you for $60."
Shady way to do business. I don't support it.
