High Five Evaulation/b> High Five Evaulation in Anaheim strives to be the go-to local resource for patients seeking access to medical marijuana. With a friendly staff and knowledgeable health care professionals, High Five Evaulation is committed to providing patients access to a safer alternative to prescription medication through a process that’s both affordable and time-saving. As a flower child of the seventies, the office manager of the Anaheim location has seen firsthand the benefits of medical marijuana. Ten years ago, she had an autoimmune disease, and while the chemotherapy and steroids she used to medicate were potent, the numerous side effects were overwhelming. She used cannabis to ease her nausea and reclaim control of her daily life in a way no other medicine helped her achieve while undergoing treatment. She passionately feels that more people are needed to combat the stigma against medical marijuana and wants to educate as many people as she can on its wide-ranging benefits. To date, High Five Evaulation has helped numerous patients to wean off prescription medication with undesirable side effects by transitioning to cannabis. At High Five Evaulation, licensed medical professionals are here to holistically evaluate patients’ medical conditions and legally recommend treatment by medical cannabis. With 100% HIPAA compliant policies, patients can rest assured their privacy and rights are protected with complete confidentiality. High Five Evaulation is proud to offer promotional assistance to veterans and patients with hardships, as well as discounts for returning patients. The receptionist was very sweet and attentive. I chatted with the actual doctor on an iPad for a little bit, made me feel comfortable from the beginning. and i was approved! anxiety-free atmosphere. very very chill. and the best part is that you get two recs, in case you loose one lol see you guys in a year :)
Very professional staff and atmosphere. The doctor is very attentive and really cares. Quick and very reasonable price. I especially like that you get 2 recs in case you lose one. Will be back next year!
Great & professional service for an affordable price. The doctor and the receptionist were very informative. :)
This place mad chill. Staff are very nice and the doctor is very understanding. 10/10 would recommend. Do not go anywhere else !!! Also the prices are unbeatable. In and out in about 30 mins.
My spouse & I went here to renew our licenses & our experience here was great the Dr. was very informative about the rules & usages for marijuana! and the front desk girl had great patient/ customer service! it was only $35 for our renewal when u mentioned weed maps & you could use your CC/Debit to pay for only a $3 fee! Not bad! I really recommend this place you won't be disappointed! thanks! 😀👍👌
This place was awesome. Costed me 45 dollars for a 1 year rec, no added fees or anything! The receptionist is super friendly and funny. They make you watch an informational video on the medical benefits of cannabis and stuff, so super professional. I chatted with the actual doctor on a laptop for a little bit, and soon enough, I was approved. It is a very positive, anxiety-free atmosphere. What I also loved is that they give you two recs; one to keep with you, and another in case you lose the first one. Loved this place!! I was there for about 30 minutes, total. Super easy, and comfortable.
Teresa was great, very friendly. The doctor was quick and thorough.
