Compassionate Harvest Medical Clinic-Lake Elsinore
Compassionate Harvest Medical Clinic in Lake Elsinore is devoted to delivering their patients safe and educated access to medical marijuana. Through patient empowerment and doctor-patient rapport, Compassionate Harvest Medical Clinic strives to be the best resource in Lake Elsinore and the Valley to help patients access medical marijuana counsel and education.
Dr. Wayne Kelly attended medical school at McGill University in Quebec, Canada, concentrating in family medicine with a particular focus on opiate rehabilitation and non-traditional medicine. While in practice, he watched many patients grapple with the current medical system that was too bureaucratic and money-focused to get the treatment they needed. Dr. Kelly observed that medical cannabis had wide-ranging medical benefits as well as being affordable. Putting his idea into practice, Compassionate Harvest Medical Clinic began operation in 2009 and has since provided treatment and relief to over twelve thousand patients in need.

Love this place every time I come I'm in and out the lady is very friendly and funny there very knowledgeable about everything you need to know I will be renewing my rec there for sure
Last yr I waited 2 hrs while the "nurse" was trying to fix her food stamps and wasn't here like she was supposed to be. Now I"m sitting 45 minutes after the start of my appointment bc the damn doctor isn't answering his phone/video call... like how do y'all stay open?!?! Why is it so impossible for y'all to be on time, doctor and staff?!?! Are you all high off MMJ and can't abide by your own hrs?! Fool me once shame on you, fool me twi...3 times and shame on me for being the dumbass who continues to come back again and again 😐
We had the best experience here today! We had an issue and somehow lost our rec's. My Husband could not get home in time to make it in time for their 4:00 pm last-patient cutoff. We hurried there after calling and making sure they could take us right at 4:00. Thy assured us that we could be seen. Well, traffic was horrible and we were late. We could have easily been turned away but the young lady that helped us was forgiving and very nice. She acted professionally as did the doctor. Yes, our visit with Dr. Kelly was on Skype but he was kind and efficient. Quick and to the point. Worth every penny to go here. We paid 60.00 each for renewal. It was lovely and quiet. Discreet. Unlike many other visits to get past rec's. We 100% recommend and also suggest calling for an appointment. Thank you Dr. Kelly and staff. See you next year!
Ok so I'm gonna start off by saying I've officially had my rec for a whole year this month. I turned 18 and decided to get my rec on my birthday last year. it being my first time using marihuana for my diagnosed clinical depression, bipolar, and anxiety i decided to give it a try so i had no knowledge of how what where when why. I had no clue of anything marijuana. this place was the closest to my home so I thought why not but after a whole year of learning and experiencing I've come to realize how shady and expensive this place is. they take you in, the front desk lady alone is shady bc she didn't seem to care or know anything, they sit you in a room with a dusty was chair and a tv while she continues to call the doctor on Skype, which took around 20 times bc he has 3 other offices apparently. he doesn't give you any information on what strains etc. i spent a whole 80 something for my first time and I will never recommend that. go to Pettis where recs are $50 and renewals are $30!!!
I came in to renew my rec (that I got here a year ago) and was told that there would be no more walk-ins due to "spotty internet connections"... it's only 3:11 PM at this point so I ask if they're closing for the day (they close at 6PM) and the young lady in scrubs says yes. I come out to the car to search Weedmaps for another doctor and 2 separate patients have gone in and come out WITH RECS!!! From the dr.. I asked to confirm before they got in their cars.. Very disappointed that I was turned away & forced to go somewhere else.. especially since I was told that I'd always be welcomed and taken care of as US Veteran at Compassionate Harvest Medical Clinic. I was willing to be more than patient for a "spotty internet connection" but I really don't know what the issue was and why I was turned away when other people clearly were accommodated.. Highly frustrated and disappointed. 😐😐😐
Been using Dr. Kelly for many years, no issues ever.
As a patient i seen great progessional and was granted my certificate for the condition im in
I went to the lake Elsinore office noones there. Call the number no one answers email them and no reply
