Doctor Wayne Kelly achieved his medical degree from McGill University in Quebec, Canada and specialized in family medicine for over three decades in addition to working in opiate addiction therapies and alternative medicine. As one of the earliest clinics in the Inland Empire to embrace medical marijuana as a treatment, Dr. Kelly is one of the most qualified and educated professionals in the Valley to answer any questions cannabis usage or legality. Compassionate Harvest Medical Clinic takes pride in the education they provide to their patients. Their knowledge bank and many years of experience give people the assurance that they are legally and safely accessing a natural and affordable alternative to prescription drugs.

It was an over all perfect experience and the staff and doctor are extremely friendly
The staff is friendly and inviting, appointments are very fast, and the doctor answers whatever questions you have. Sometimes the doctor is seen through a webcam or sometimes he's at the location. I would recomend to a friend.
