Compassionate Alternatives Referral Evaluation Services or CARES has been providing MMJ patients in Fort Collins and Northern Colorado with quality care and red cards since 2009. We will provide you with a professional and courteous office visit. 

Dr Charles Manter will upload your physicians certification while you are in the office so you can begin the online process immediatly.  Dr Charles Manter has been issuing medical marijuana patients evaluations for 9 years in the state of Colorado. You can be rest assured that your medical cannabis questions will be answered.

If you are uncomfortable with the online process we provide internet help before clinic on Tuesdays and after clinic on Wednesdays.  

Cares location. We are located in fort collins to the north of Colorado State University.  Cares is close to old town on the corner of Oak and Mason. We are located across the street from Tasty Harmony and in the same building as the Crooked Cup. We are kitty corner from the larimer county courthouse.   

Getting to Cares from Loveland: Go north on 287 until you reach mulberry. Go left or west.  When you reach Mason go right or north.  We are on the south east corner of oak and Mason.   

Getting to Cares from Greeley: Go on I25 north until you reach the mulberry exit.  Head west. After you cross over College ave you will see Mason, turn right or go north. We are on the south east corner of oak and mason.
