Inhabitants of Fayetteville and Arkansans statewide passed the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment, or Issue 6, in late 2016 which legalized the possession and usage of medical marijuana across all of Arkansas. However, possession and usage of medicinal cannabis would require a cannabis registration card, and as of late June in 2017, the application process for those medical marijuana registration cards went live on Arkansas’ Department of Health website.
Better Living Rx of Fayetteville Offers Medical Marijuana Recommendations to Residents of Arkansas
Better Living Rx in Fayetteville, one of the state’s few trendsetting medicinal cannabis recommendation centers, is blazing the trail. With Dr. Tammy Tucker Post, a nationally acclaimed wellness and hormone expert, and Bryan, a mental health expert and a world-renowned speaker on stress and trauma, at the helm, Better Living Rx have already begun to improve the lives of Arkansans by evaluating and certifying those in need.
Dr. Tammy Tucker Post and Bryan jointly established Better Living Rx, a bio-optimization and wellness program, in Fayetteville to assist Arkansans in achieving happier, healthier, and longer lives. For years now they’ve assisted ailing individuals with neuropathy, cancer, and diabetes among other preexisting conditions. No ailment is too small, or too big, for the qualified doctors of Better Living Rx to help their patients tackle and surmount. To spread wellness further than the boundaries of Fayetteville, Better Living Rx has expanded across the country to offer their services to any and all who may be in need. From Fayetteville on out, Better Living Rx is staffed by certified wellness coaches and licensed doctors in every state, and backed by a compounding pharmacy licensed to ship across all fifty states alongside a hearty support and administrative team, Better Living Rx lives up to its name.
To take things yet further, to trailblaze and trendset, Dr. Tammy Tucker Post sought the approval of the Arkansas Department of Health for the certification she would need to recommend patients for the use of medical marijuana. And now, with that state certification, the doctors of Better Living Rx are doing what they can to fight the socioeconomic stigmas that medical cannabis has only recently begun to shed one recommendation at a time. Science, medical research, and true, holistic well being are on their side.
The first step prospective medical cannabis patients in Fayetteville, and Arkansas at large, must take is to obtain their own medical records from their primary care physician. With the documentation in hand, patients must then contact a state-certified physician like Dr. Tammy Tucker Post at Better Living Rx to obtain a medical marijuana recommendation. Despite the relative ease of this procedure, Arkansan law dictates that patients must suffer from one of a handful of debilitating conditions including Glaucoma and Cancer or other chronic ailments like epilepsy and peripheral neuropathy in order to qualify for the use of medical cannabis.
Once a medical marijuana recommendation has been issued, the patient can then legally access medicinal cannabis dispensaries statewide.
Freshly minted Arkansan law allows for the possession and use of medical marijuana statewide. Minors are allowed, by law, to administer medicinal cannabis as well but only under the auspices of a caregiver. Possession limitations run up to two and one-half ounces of usable marijuana and the state has allowed for medical marijuana deliveries, too. Note that no explicit verbiage exists regarding public medicinal marijuana usage: just play it safe and keep it private.
Dr. Tammy Tucker Post and Bryan of Better Living Rx can be found in Fayetteville of Washington County. They welcome any and every Arkansan in need from the corners of Goshen and Tontitown to the far reaches of Rogers up north. Arkansans living in Harris, Greenland, and even Farmington are more than welcome to contact Better Living Rx for a medical marijuana recommendation today. The state has allocated its small number of medical marijuana recommendation licenses across eight regions statewide; patients living in the northwestern area of the state, all the way down to Fort Smith, can seek medical cannabis help from Dr. Tammy Tucker Post and Better Living Rx in Fayetteville.

There are many physicians and pain management doctors in Washington County who will write you a prescription for a medical marijuana prescription card. As Dispensaries aren’t yet open in Arkansas, slated for 1/1/19, getting a high-priced Card here may get you Medical discounts in those states that accept out-of-state medical cards; Nevada is the only one I can think of. I’m waiting for my Pain Management Doctor to write my prescription when the time is nigh.

This doctor seems to have done a lot work to advocate for medical marijuana, so i was excited to go there. But when I asked about price, it was very high. They do offer a big discount for military (yay), but the regular price was just too high. I went elsewhere.
