Surprise! CA ID required but law doesn't req it.

Surprise! This place requires a California ID card even if you're a California resident. The law itself requires neither residency in California nor a California ID card to get the help that you need. Nothing on the website that I can remember, warned me about this before I gave them my credit card and other personal info and got my hopes up. I am only living in California for a few months and therefore am not transferring my ID from out of state. They offered me a $10 coupon to try to get me to stay with them, but they should have just been honest up front about it.

Customer service was not helpful either.

Terrible experience.

Horrible

This is a scam!! Do not trust this website. The law says you need to have a valid doctors recommendation and I didn't speak with one. I thought I was going to speak with a doctor or at least video chat with one.

CALIFORNIA DOCTOR DISCLAIMER REQUIREMENT

NOTICE TO CONSUMERS: The Compassionate Use Act of 1996 ensures that seriously ill Californians have the right to obtain and use cannabis for medical purposes where medical use is deemed appropriate and has been recommended by a physician who has determined that the person’s health would benefit from the use of medical cannabis.
