Sometimes you get a really good experience other times are just the worst and if I hadn't already picked out the bud I would of left. Some people are really friendly and want to help you others are really hi and don't have customer service skills at all. They don't have good deals compared to other clubs I've been, I mean this city has a lot and the least this place could do is offer renewing patients something. Every other club I've renewed at has the same new patient deal for the renew patient as well, even the delivery ones I renewed at gave me a deal for renewing. But not here... Oh well like I said a lot of clubs in this city so better check those ones out first
I've been a Waterfall Wellness Patient for several years now. I've only got positive things to say. The doorman always greets me with a hug. The staff are friendly, polite and knowledgable.
They have a superior offering of topical products. There are many types of weed, with pricing that is affordable for all. A full array of edibles including Korova. (My fav)
Though my health has been on the decline, their products are not.
The Waterfall is heavily involved with the community, doing local clean ups, and many other volunteer opportunities.
There is even a monthly pizza party for its patients.
And last but not least, the WWC makes sure it's patients who are sick and low budget don't suffer without.

I forgot the guys name who runs the front desk ( and supposedly he said he is "upper management") but I'm sorry he is a complete dick. I used to be a regular here (coming here at least 2x a week) but after my incident with the guy from the front desk, I will never be going back. Probably just go to the dispensary across the street, I heard there bud was better anyways.
She was like scolding her employees about not practicing good customer service RIGHT NEXT to where the very nice budtender was helping me. Hella loud and brusquely- yo lady, take your own advice and pull them into another room, or at least not in earshot of customers. Way to make it awkward for everyone. Bud is decent- nothing super special but does what you need it to. Good prices for concentrates, steer clear of the pre-roll cuz it's made from shite and is medicinal/enjoyable to no one.
Some of the worst people this city has to offer. Not worth your hassle.
Purple hair bud tender, thanks girl, sorry I'm bad with names. Super nice and took the time to show me around.. Got my FTP deal, the flower is quality and they have Kurvanas.
If your a veteran that loves purple indicas, this is your new favorite dispensary. The most purple sticky I have ever bought for great price and they hook new patients up with grinders one of which I still use it to this day
Professional, clean establishment. Intelligent, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The selection is good, though it doesn't change as often as I'd like. They have a good selection of edibles too.
Two thumbs up.
My go to spot in SF. Prices are cool and the selection is alright.
Just go here more often than not because of the location.
Keep up the good work
The bud I got was top notch!
But that preroll was SO BAD. Jeez, this place is supposed to be a medical clinic. There is absolutely nothing medical about some shitty preroll made of some shwag leaf trim. No bud content whatsoever.
A gift should show the patient what makes your collective worth coming back to and what it has to offer. Apparently, from the gift you gave me, its not worth that much.
Waterfall Wellness is a neighborhood dispensary with a wide variety of flowers, concentrates and edibles sure to impress any connoisseur! Please note that ALL prices listed on the menu have TAX INCLUDED!
ALL FIRST-TIME PATIENTS RECEIVE A JOINT, A GRINDER AND 10% OFF ANY DONATION!
