Kind Green Botanicals CollectiveMedical Dispensaries / Bellingham (14,566 hits)
What ive been looking for....Valhalla
They kick ass. Highest quality meds. Narcotic type effect. Everything resinous sticky icky, triched out. These guys produce all their own product, many different varieties, had forearm and fist sized colas on display. For anyone who needs real medicinal strength flowers this is it. By far eclipses most or all of the dispenseries in Bellingham. Period. Case closed.
my new go to
this place is pretty great, a bit smaller selection than a lot of other places, but theyre prices areas good as it gets, $25 gram for some pretty solid wax. Paul my budtender both times I have gone in is also the homie. it's in the alleyway so a little hard to find just heads up
I find this collective different than others. I loved the sale section. The sale section includes many good varieties from $8 all the way down to $4 white widow. The bud tender told me they grow every plant at this collective. They can tell you what the plant was grown with to how long it was cured for. Been going to other places in town because I didn't know about this place. Supposedly they are word of mouth. Just came from a place where their weed had powdery mildew on it. I would recommend this place to anyone who is concerned with where their meds come from. Super friendly and as a first time customer I would recommend this place for sure.
The imperial dank
Used to have lots of cramping and ibs issues. Tried lots of indicas suppoesedly good types and never felt any relief. Started vaping the imperial dank and immediately felt less upset. Not sure what really is helping because it was tested at 20 percent thc but not huge cbds. Don;t really understand what is the best. But sure that the dank works for me. Thanks Kgb
My favorite depesary hands down good quality buds and best prices, and very helpfull staff super friendly.
dude dosent verifi patients just lets you walk in off the street and takes a copy of the perscipsion card and says come on your verified. Bellinghams best Killer Green Buds!
I've been going to the KGB for awhile now, and I have always had the best service and quality buds. They always have a great selection, even when things are dry elsewhere, usually having at least 10 strains of both Sativa dominant and Indica dominant separated accordingly. Their prices can't be beat, especially on larger amounts. They have strains starting as low as $8/g of things like "Kandy Kush" a beautiful, frosty Indica, and "Orange" a sweet and strong Sativa. Going up from there, most of their strains come in at $10/g and some are $12. Lately however, due to their mounting legal fees from the police harassment, court BS, and other issues they have been going through for nearly 2 years, I noticed most of their $10 strains were now marked up to $12. I don't mind paying a little more, knowing its going to help some good people out of a bad situation, these people are fighting against a system that doesn't even obey its own laws. Besides all that, they always have a $6/g special jar they call the 'Bob'. Its just the smaller buds, and loose leafy stuff that wasn't good enough to go into the regular jar so it gets sold at a discount. Its sometimes a top shelf strain, and its always great for rolling. They also always have their own in house strains of "Imperial Dank" and "PK Ripper" both at $15/g. Words just don't do these strains justice. You need to see them, and most importantly SMELL them to truly appreciate how wonderful they are. They are such beautiful buds, full of character and trichomes. They have all the different kinds of concentrates as well, from kief, to bubble hash, to hash oil. They also have a wide selection of edibles made with their cannabis infused coconut oil, which is also available. Often they have cannabis infused sodas, and they carry a line of hand lotions and creams infused with cannabis. Did I forget anything? LOL. Like I said, they have just about everything you could want for your medical needs. There is ample parking around the McKenzie alley where they are located. They have no outside signage per se, just a few small plants by a tinted glass door with the letters KGB and the hours 3-8pm. The anteroom has a few chairs and a sign that informs you to have your authorization and ID ready to show. Usually you don't have to wait more than a few seconds as you can hear the owner, Dennis, cheerfully talking to another patient through the door. When you come inside the second door there is a nice waiting room with chairs, a tv, and a water cooler. You can also use the restroom while you wait. When it is your turn, come over to the other size of the privacy barrier and peruse the display cases and plethora of jars. Don't be shy, check them all out. I like to open and sniff many of them, just for the enjoyment of the bouquet. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all things marijuana. If your looking for a particular effect, they can help to find the right strain and teach you what its caused from. I give them 5 stars all the way! They and their bud are truly as KIND as their name says.
These reviews are lies

Ok, so I went there with expectations due to these reviews and word from one other person. I was expecting a broad selection, $10 grams, a gift for a first timer there and maybe a deal of some sort. Now, lets tell what I got.
KGB is located down an alley in Fairhaven, literally. The store front is very discreet but the area is not bad by any means. I went into a small waiting are where the was a drawn shade to reception. I waited for about 30 seconds and the door opened and the guy let me in. My first words were "I need to be verified" as I handed him my recommendation. His response was "Your verified." Very odd indeed. He still took my recommendation and went to the computer, but I believe he was just putting in my information from my license which is on my recommendation but I can not be certain. As a medical patient with a true need for medical cannabis I was quite surprised that thee most important step in keeping it legal was not met.
Next we went to the meds. He explained how they only grown with the bat guano soil that was on display. I, however, immediately noticed that the meds prices were up to $12. While I saw this the guy explained that all of their meds are grown in-house. I never questioned it but why the price differences if it is all from the same operation. While I looked at the meds the guy basically just explained why they are not like these other dispensaries that cater to the college students and they are there to help people like me.
Finally, I decided on 2 $12 strains and 1 $10 strain as I like to mix it up. I got 8 grams and received $0 discount. Since I was at $92 I decided to opt for a medible for when smoking was not an option. The guy told me they were low on stock but the stuff they had was great. I settled on a chocolate covered rice crispy treat. The next day I took 1 bite of the rice crispy treat and spit it out, it tasted dust and almost like a bit moldy, which is odd since the thing was vac sealed. So I spent $100, got 8 grams, the $12 strains were good, the $10 was barely mid-range and I threw out the medible. I hate to be a Debbie Downer but reviews need to facts, not advertisements.
Good but low stock
Nice place, good atmosphere for the shop. The owners are really trying to do the right thing for the community and the local police are treating them very badly. I will try them again when I know they are up to the standard of the other local places. For now it is nice to have them as a back up close to where I live. I was not impressed with the product I bought. Reminded me of product I used to buy in Montana 15 years ago.
