Vireo Health is a Queens Medical Marijuana Dispensary Vireo Health strives to offer New York patients in Queens and beyond the best possible compassionate care coupled with the highest quality cannabis medicine. Led by physicians, pharmacists, scientists and industry professionals, Vireo Health Queens designs every step of their medical marijuana process with their patients in mind. History: Vireo Health is a physician-founded and led medical marijuana company committed to providing Queens medical marijuana patients with pharmaceutical grade cannabis products and individualized patient care. Their founder, Dr. Kyle Kingsley, saw firsthand while working in emergency medicine that many patients abused their prescription drugs, were over-prescribed and often resulted in critical or fatal overdoses. He also met many patients during his tenure who successfully used medical cannabis to alleviate their suffering. Seeing medical marijuana as an alternative solution for pain management and both treating and managing other debilitating conditions, Dr. Kingsley decided to launch his first organization, Minnesota Medical Solutions. They won their merit-based cannabis dispensary license in Minnesota in 2014, and only a few months later Dr. Kingsley began another company: Vireo Health of New York. In July of 2015, the Queens medical marijuana dispensary won its New York License, and since then they have helped hundreds of New York patients find relief using medical cannabis treatments, including those addicted to opioid medications. Staff: Vireo Health in Queens prides themselves on their commitment to excellence from cultivation through the distribution of their medical marijuana treatments. As a vertically integrated dispensary, each cannabis product is formulated to help patients receive a precise and consistent dosage and formula for their specific health concerns. Vireo’s onhand cannabis pharmacists work with each patient to find the particular medicine to best help them, using a “Go Low, Start Slow” approach to help patients find the optimal treatment available. Menu: All of Vireo Health’s cannabis products are formulated with their patients in mind. Working with highly qualified horticulturists and using the latest and most efficient greenhouse practices, Vireo Health’s top quality plants are extracted into clean and solvent-free concentrates to deliver pure and natural marijuana medicines. Using a spectrum ranging from THC Dominant to CBD Dominant marijuana products, Vireo Health’s patients can select from a variety of oils, vaporizers, capsules to find the best strain and consumption method for their lifestyle and condition. Currently, Vireo Health Queens only accepts cash payments, with an ATM available on site for patient convenience. They are easily accessible from the Long Island Expressway/I-495 and provide an elevator to reach their second-story location. A lot of it is the constraints of New York’s MMJ program but this is basically the DMV of weed. The pharmacists are fine but the products are mediocre at best and prices are absurd.
What a difference coming here! Was using another dispensary and had quality control issues 3 times in 3 months so gave Vireo a look! They now have a new client and as many people that I can send their way too! The staff is very nice, very helpful, great people! The product is also a plus, I use vape and liquid , both excellent! The prices are also very good, compared! If your not close take advantage of the free delivery while you can!
Have been a client since early Feb or late January 2018 excellent folks they have helped me with everything from getting me registered for an online account so i can place orders; convenient pick up; a little expensive but try & budget your funds they do give parking discount even if you don't park SHHHH anyway overall a great group of folks on staff there to help; Sincere thanks to them
I am new to this Medical Marijuana works. I found this company, made my appointment. Upon arrival parking is bit hassle, so have someone drive and drop and pick you up. Next, the environment bit sterile, but it's not issue. You complete paper work, wait for your name to be called by a Pharmacist Rep. Once in the room they interview you, based on your condition he broke down what you'll need how to consume etc. Purchase $$$$ no joke when I heard total ( not covered by insurance) I only wish I new more questions to ask. They don't tell you if there's ingredient... Ex. like if there's additives or what strain you're purchasing? Where's grown? So that the only concern I have since now I'm more educated on subject. Over all its an easy process with Viero. Just come prepared with cash $$$$ As for if products work yes. Once you learn what dosage works for you you'll be able make sure you are not over or under saturating your body. If you're first timer go slow it will kick in hard.🤮😳

The on-site experience is quite good: the staff are very courteous and the facility is clean, if not a little sterile. I'm not a marijuana expert, so I won't comment on the quality. I do find the premium vape pen to be an excellent device. The vape oil does what it is supposed to do. I have nausea from my nightly medication regimen, and the oil eliminates it just fine. This is in addition to killing pain. HOWEVER, like many others on this site I am less than pleased with the phone service. Oftentimes no one picks up and you have to call numerous times to reach someone. And change the Muazk. Otherwise, I'm fairly satisfied with the company. No plans to seek out an alternative.
After all the stories about other dispensaries, I am happy to say my experience at Vireo has been great. They’re very helpful and accommodating.
I have mine in New York City how can I get in touch with you

I am extremely upset with the service of this dispensary. I went out of my way to go there today for the first time in the cold. No-one on the phone told me you are only accepting cash and I came prepared with a debit card. I could not bear to walk outside another 15 min to an ATM while I had 78 dollars and the item cost just a little more. In the waiting area, the ATM actually had a sign that read "ATM machine Not Working, BUT we accept debit card". Huh? A worker told me there was a sign on the door, but I did not see anything on the door. WTH??? I wasted 2 hours of my time, while I'm in a lot of pain, to go to this dispensary without knowing this! Out of the 5 phone calls or voicemails I received today, couldn't someone have told me that???? It is probably a good thing though as their products do not contain the same doses as other places, for the same money.
