As tg was saying just because something is popular doesn't mean they need to raise the prices. On the other hand the world revolves around supply and demand and where the demand is high it's obvious that a business is going to raise they're price just as any other business would. There's plenty of competition in Sacramento with different settings and prices in the community you just gotta find the one that fits your needs. As far as professionalism I've only been here 2 3 times and I feel it's unprofessional to point fingers at a certain person as to the club itself, potentially risking the termination of that employee. Hanging up without saying hello would be unprofessional. You don't pay their bills and they don't pay ours. How would you feel without an income. If it's going to be about a bad atmosphere or staff, point down your stars below not your finger.
Wouldn't let me in with a temporary driver's license even though I had all the paperworks.
2 Stars just because I used to go here.
As someone who has been coming here for concentrates for over a year now, I've got to say that I've been a little disappointed with the past few visits I've had. When I went in the other night, the girl Lupita at the front desk did not look happy to be there. She answered the phone for a patient that was calling and when they didn't immediately respond, she rudely said "hello hello I'm going to hang up now byyyye" and I didn't find that professional. The ladies there are normally more compassionate than that, so she must be new. I find that the prices seem to go up on the more popular concentrates, and I just don't think that is a good way to go about doing business when it comes to this industry. I've been getting a particular concentrate whenever they obtain it because they are pretty effective for the price they used to ask. During the same visit that I mentioned above, I was able to get 3 grams of the item for $60 before tax. Today, I went in to get the exact same quantity of the exact same item I had just picked up a few nights ago only to find that the price had been raised and instead of being $60 for 3 grams, it was going to be $80. After tax, that puts it at about $90 or so. After asking why the price was raised, the girl at the counter told me that they decided it was too good to be selling for $25. The way that she said that was just unsettling because I already know that the markup on concentrates is substantial, so the return on their end is already pretty good. I just don't agree with increasing the price on something because it was popular. This is medical marijuana we are talking about here, not cigarettes. If you are able to give patients a good deal on a good product, why not continue to do that? It's unfortunate that they've chosen to increase the price in order to make more money, because it shouldn't be about what you're making. And it shouldn't be about a product "being too good for the low price". This has been the place that I've gone to for years because I've always thought that the prices couldn't be beaten. But now they've realized that too, I guess. They know that you're going to pay the extra money for it, and they're going to make more money ultimately. For the most part, I've had a great experience here, but I think I might have to find another dispensary to regularly visit. Ian and a few of the other staff members there are great, but think about the patients before you guys go raising prices. It really makes the difference between 15 visits a month and 0 on my end. Other places include tax in their prices, and I come here just because I think supporting my local shop is good for the community. I know how profitable this industry is, and I thought these guys were the last honest shop.
I went into this shop to scope out the clear since I noticed they had a deal on it and I smoke a lot 35g or 3 for 90 great price so I tried three flavors (grape ape sky walker og, and jack herer) but def not THE CLEAR it was some knock off version (the clear co)that tasted like old gas stations dirty fountain drink hose..real bad stale taste. Def not the shops fault it was good place staff was chill.. Just buyer beware if you into THE CLEAR

Now that we've cleared that up a few times, it's time to get over it. I've never been disappointed here. even with tax included, where else can you find top shelf quality for less than 40 an 8th.
Can't tell you how disappointed I am in my last visit. I got a G of the moon rock for $25. For that price you would expect a quality product. What I got was a 1/2 g of keaf and the rest was some sad ass version of a nuget. I should have lookd at the bag before I left. Next. Don't be folded by the low prices. You end up paying 12.5% tax, that's crazy. So I walked out of there with 2 g's of flower and paid 40.00 bucks for it. I won't be back.
We're sorry to hear you had a disappointing first visit with us. However, we do have a return policy on our Flower. As long as you bring in your receipt and we have the strain still available on our shelves, you are more than welcome to exchange or return your product.
In the City Of Sacramento, for a marijuana business providing marijuana pursuant to the Compassionate Use Act of 1996 (“medical marijuana”), the tax rate would be a maximum of 4% of the business’s annual gross
receipts, on top of the normal 8.75% sales tax implemented by the State Of California. We do not include sales tax in our advertised prices because we do offer discounts to senior citizens, veterans, and members of the military, which is also stated in our "Details" section on our Weedmaps profile.
If you would like to come back, just ask for one of our managers we would we more than willing to help accommodate you in any way that we can.
I created this account just to right this. They have good herb for around the usual club top shelf prices. They have a good selection of concentrates and cartridges. I bought a bunch of cartridges and one was DOA. I realized this when I tried it about a week later and went in to exchange it without a receipt. Their policy requires a receipt. A couple of managers had to get involved, but they swaped it out. To make things worse, it did fire on one of their batteries (they have no short circuit protection). I tried to explain that the cartridge was faulty and reading as open on my cheaper batteries and under 1 ohm on my other mods. This is what failing cartridges do sometimes. This is confusing to people without a lot of ecig experience, they could have just said it worked on their battery if they wanted to shut me down. I appreciate them making it right; the solid customer service was refreshing and something that some other clubs should try to emulate. I think the manager that handled most of this for me was named Maribel, she was great.
i had a TERRIBLE experience with this place. Horribe customer service. they forgot i was even there and i ended waiting 45 minutes for no reason. When they did finally let me come to the back to look at their product the woman was very rude and got irritated when i asked questions. When all was said and done i finally got my purchase (after she tried to overcharge me by the way) i get home to find out the oil cartridge i had bought didn't even work and they wouldn't give me a refund or exchange BIG SUPRISE
