There are hairs in your keif. Lots of them.
You need to make sure that the room and the surfaces you're working with are sterile. People with long hair or pets (clothes covered in fur) shouldn't be allowed to handle it. Everytime I've gone to get a scoop of it I have to pull out fuzzies or hairs. It's gross
I don't get the negative reviews. The workers are nice here. They get you in-n-out like the burger. The bud here can be very good, but you have to ask to see each jar. Yes, you have to pay tax, but they keep it at $10/gram. Overall, I will be a repeat customer.
The girl didn't know what she was doing and that manger wouldn't help her. Not coming her again. This place sucks
Hello, we are sorry about the inconvenience upon your visit, occasionally our management does get busy we are sorry we were not able to attend to the problem at the time. This place is really disappointing. Came for the good shatter deals and clones. Was offered a free pre-roll by the young person up front and was given a shitty restaurant-style buzzer to be called up. The lady who helped us told us they were out of pre rolls and offered nothing as an alternative before handing us off to another person. I don't feel like she took my illnesses seriously and instead just told us about the things that would get me the highest. She even talked about another product and then laughed about how they were actually illegal when I asked about them. Wow. I was again given to another worker to check out. Turns out tax was not included as well. I don't understand the point of advertising cheap prices and free gifts and then blatantly and unapologetically failing. When I asked this person about getting anything as a free gift she said "maybe the girl in the front can make a note or something so next time you come in you can get it." On my way out I brought it up, and the answer was "well it's a sort of 'while supplies last" thing, so....." I couldn't believe it. I will NOT be coming back. The people working were anything but professional.
We're sorry you were disappointed with your first visit. We use the pagers for a numbering system to ensure that everyone gets seen in the correct order they came in. Regrettably, we did have a form of miscommunication with you, our free items for new patients, referrals, and buy one get one items are all while supplies last. You will also be able to and have been able to find that information on our deals section of our weedmaps and on our Sacramento News & Review newspaper ad. As far as our tax goes, like we've stated in previous comments and in our details section of our weedmaps, seniors (55+), military members, and veterans are all tax exempt and we do not include tax in our advertised prices for this reason. When Sacramento decided to allow medicinal marijuana dispensaries they decided to add on an extra 4% of city tax on top of our 8.5% California tax. We do apologize for the lack of knowledge you received from your bud tender but we do have some relatively new staff members and in this industry there is new things and products to learn about everyday so please be patient with us. We do hope you will come back so we can reestablish a new patient relationship with you and one of our more knowledgeable staff members and hopefully you can see us for the professional and compassionate dispensary that we truly are.
The whole reason why I use a delivery service is because of the bad service i seem to find in dispensary's. Either because the budtender has no knowledge of their products or how to help patients find the right strain for their issue. they have a long line and rush you or their customer service just sucks. Found all three here! Ya'll suck!
The cashier tripped out on the bud tender for being .01 over. Really? .01? The pre-roll up was filled with Shake I know because I split it open. 40 bucks 4 an eighth out the door, which is on par for all the other dispensaries. Probably won't be coming back here because it's so hard to get to this area.
In order to keep our prices compassionate for patients, we weigh everything by the point. Anything over your requested amount would be an additional donation.
After registering I was quickly called in by Alyssa. She was very helpful and patient with me. I was mainly interested in their Keif and hash.Everything is weighed in front of me and the nice smile helps.
We are very pleased to hear that! Thank you for stopping by and checking us out, we hope to see you again.
