Been a patron of this dispensary for a while and I've always been extremely happy with the products, variety, and customer service.
About a week ago, I purchased a few things and they were bagged up for me right in front of me. I wasn't paying attention cause it's normal protocol for them to read off what you order versus what goes into the bag. I didn't open my stapled bag of goodies till a couple of days later. That's when I noticed I was missing one of the items I paid for. Days had already gone by and there was no way I would realistically be able to prove the item was missing since they bag in front of you. I decided it was my fault for not paying attention and just let it be.
Today, I went in to buy a bit more stuff and, when it came time to bag it up, I was surprised to find that they noticed I didn't receive that one item last week and had SAVED IT FOR ME!!!
This is a level of service, honesty, and integrity that is hard to find in ANY establishment.
