First off. I shop here. Always will. Great prices. Good deals. But as a new customer, I felt the need to leave this review. Yesterday I went in, picked out my normal stuff went to check out. Paid with a $100 bill. Get to the car and my girlfriend checks the receipt. Cashier put that I had only gave her $60. Went back in and they had me waiting for awhile. Then let me talk to the cashier that seemed to want to ask if I was sure about giving her the money. Then they asked me back into the lobby again and told me I would have to wait for the drawer to be counted and I should just stay and wait for them. Whole ordeal went from 5-7 mins to over 30 mins. Seems like they didn’t care. Barely got a “our bad” as I left. Would have been nice to just talk to a manager
I’m from out of town. Saw this place had sweet deals on cannasaver so I came in and got a cool knowledgeable bud tender “charlea” and had a cool time. I’ll be back (Arnold swertzeneger) (did I spell his last name correctly?)

I really want to stress that I gave them numerous chances to make this right before writing this.
On May 4th, I went to The Stone after calling around Denver in search of CBD concentrates. They had a killer deal on concentrates so I decided to give them a try, and let me tell you, I will NOT be back. I purchased 7 grams of the CBD and decided to pick up a gram of their Lucinda Williams as it looked really nice, my friend also picked up 2 grams of the same batch. Mind you, their concentrates are in a display case and my bud tender (who was incredibly rude) did not once offer to let me smell the product. I did not think much of this as they were getting busy and the bud tender was rushing. I got all the way home (in Greeley) and opened up the Lucinda Williams, took a sniff and it smelled strongly of mildew. I thought maybe my nose was just off and took a dab of it, this product was definitely moldy. My friend called them the next day and was told that we absolutely could not bring the products back into the store (which is a lie, it can be brought back in the store if it is an exchange). I work in the industry and know the rules. We were then informed that the GM was out of town for a death in the family but we would be receiving a call the following Thursday when she got back as the assistant manager did not have the authority to do anything for us. No big deal, totally understandable. Thursday rolls around, no call. I am a busy person and don't have time to be making calls all the time. So on Saturday when I still had not heard back from them, I gave them a call. I was told very rudely by Crystal that the manager was still not back and that is why I had not received a call. I explained that it would have been nice for her to at least call and let me know that instead of blowing me off. I explained that I would be down in Denver the next day and that it would be nice to get this squared away since I was already making the drive down. The manager then exclaimed "did you not hear me? She won't be back until Monday and she will give you a call then" and proceeded to hang up on me. Monday rolls around and wouldn't you know? No phone call. I called on Tuesday May 15th and was basically told that since I am the only one that complained that my complaint is invalid. I was then offered 20% a gram the next time I come in since I was the only one to complain. I feel like my complaint was not taken seriously and that this dispensary does not care for their customers. I will not be going back and will be letting everyone I know how this place treats their customers.
I was stoned when I went in, and my budtender made me feel like I belonged there, and the lack of feeling I was being judged was a new experience for me. She made it all copacetic.
Went in for a sale on concentrates and the products are great had a few questions about them but the budtender wasn't too knowledgeable on what it even was. Thankful for leafly tho to give me some insight
Will update as I try but the pricing you can get with cannasaver beats nearly every other rec store.

The first dispensary stop in Denver, and I thought this is how it was supposed to be. After being condescending about cartridges, I paid the bud tender and left feeling weird. The second visit was pleasant and the people were very friendly. After showing my ID, they insured I received a military discount and were truly awesome. My third and last visit, garnered the same results as the first. The tender was arrogant and when asked about military discount. I was told there wasn't one. I replied "that's enough to make me leave" his reply was "I don't blame you". So my service dog and I walked out. Do yourself a favor and support businesses that support Veterans. I found just as cheap of prices at other dispensaries with military discount and wonderful customer service. There's been times where I've wanted to go here after seeing adds on cannasaver and refuse to do so. Good luck in your search.
This was my favorite. My wife and i visited in january 2017. My wife and i each bought a ounce of FLO. Great experience.
