This place is not medical friendly. Originally they were they had filed with the state to be a medical facility but thay have since discovered that are making hand over fist with the recreational weed that have decided to screw the medical cannabis users and not cater them.
second time buying a joint that was unsmokable lots of other good shops in town with better quality and prices
Lovvve the customer service. Megan is my favorite budtenders. I recommend this and their other location on mill plain anyday.
It used to cost $60-67 for a oz of shake. Now there charging $87 nice price hike. If you want OG Kush you'll be paying $75 for a 1/2 oz of shake. Some of the staff is rude telling you they don't have a product and dismissing you, but when you call and ask we have plenty. Some are lazy to check or shouldn't be in customer service
I've been ere a few times! Staff is knowledgable! Meds are reasonably priced! They run deals daily as well!
Overall 5 stars!
I went in today and spoke with Thalia and great lengths about what my needs being to aid in sleep and to help with epilepsy. She asked what I had been using in the past. I told her. She recommended Fair Winds Deep Sleep Tincture. She said it had melatonin in it. Before using it I read the ingredients and there isn't Melatonin in it anywhere. It has Chamomile, Cordaylis, Ginger, and Magnolia Bark. I called my pharmacist and cannot take the tincture because Magnolia Bark will cause paralysis for anyone who takes an anti epileptic medicine. I could die from this product. I called the store and the woman who answered said they won't take it back and by law returns are an option for customers. I also have spoken to the Vancouver Police about this issue and they said by law returns are a must . The law states it I am going to talk to the owner Demetrie about this . Living on medical disability and spending over 100.00 to ensure that my rights as a consumer be upheld by going to a brick and mortar location was why I went in and the location is close to home. The staff was nice the only thing lacking is knowledge of the laws.
I am a local grower and love this place. Although I grow, I purchase from small businesses on a regular basis. Their staff is not only knowledgeable about recreational cannabis, but their knowledge on medical use is great as well. While they can not give medical advice for the obvious reasons, they can "guide" you in the correct direction in terms of finding that strain that suits your medical needs. while they are not currently selling medical cannabis, they are 1st in line! so medical patients, this is the place to go! always the best!
stupid we passed it to be legal so we can be ripped off by rich ppl who dont know what weed is. hard to get medical card now. now we pay more. these shop make tons of money off us.

I've been in the business for a couple years now and probably know more than the average bear. Sad to say I don't go to this store anymore, which is the closest one to my home. I'd rather drive FUrther after being treated like the issue didn't matter. The issue?
STEMS in multiple pre-rolls. Phat Panda and Dream Beaver. I'm not talking about little stems from the shake, like the thick stems from the flower although there were thin stems too. Stems can give people headaches (if you ever wondered, now you know! ;), is harsh on the throat and I find it unprofessional that a store would sell stems in a pre-roll that should be only flower. At least disclose that it's a possiblitly of stems. It's being smoked afterall. Which by the way stems stab the paper and cause holes. I had to go back for a second time and get a "replacement". Even tried a different farm and got a gaurantee of no stems from an employee. He was friendly, but uninformed. I'll leave him un-named, because he probably just didn't know any better and the management was who dropped the ball mulitple times. It's not like I wasn't friendly...
Anyway, what did I do? Spoke to the owner and he agreed to replace the pre-roll. I drove home and that night when I wanted to try the product - STEMS again. I could seem them poking out of the end side of the pre-roll. I called them spoke to a manager Travis, the owner's daughter Kim (another manager), the product specialist Mike - well they just kept passing me around. I didn't want to drive back a third time for another replacement, so they promised the owner of Cedar Creeks (who I will not name) would call me and fix the problem. He was the other farm I tried. I don't know who is to blame, except I was promised multiple times by everyone things will get resolved and NOBODY called me. I even did a follow up call as to why I hadn't heard from the owner and got the same promise. On the phone they were professional and borderline friendly about tyring to fix the problem, but in the end I was blown off.
I would of been happy if things were actually handled, rather than hoping I would just go away. I'll just keep passing my story along.
