Surterra Texas is a San Antonio Low-THC Medical Marijuana Dispensary
Coming soon, Surterra Wellness will provide low-THC medical marijuana to San Antonio patients diagnosed with epilepsy. Their dispensary will soon open within the San Antonio community, and provide carefully formulated and pharmaceutical grade cannabis medicines to patients in need of a natural, alternative option.
Surterra Texas started as Surterra Wellness and found great success by providing Florida patients with low-THC medicinal cannabis in 2014. Their team was founded by leading medical and marijuana industry leaders, all committed to aiding patients through plant-based, alternative means. Surterra Texas is the statewide extension of their commitment to patient wellness, and their organization is proud to be one of three licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety to cultivate, process, and produce low-THC cannabis. On opening day, Surterra Texas will connect San Antonio patients diagnosed with epilepsy with lasting, cannabis-based relief.
Epileptic patients seeking to qualify for low-THC marijuana use must first connect with a licensed Texas doctor with a specialization in neurology, child neurology, or epilepsy. The Texas Compassionate Use Act allows that only individuals diagnosed with epilepsy and for whom two conventional treatments have proven unsuccessful may qualify for low-THC cannabis use. Once a patient fits these requirements, the doctor will register as their prescriber in the Texas Compassionate Use Registry. They will develop and record the patient’s treatment plan, consumption method, and duration of therapy. Once the patient has their prescription, Surterra Texas-San Antonio will connect them with the optimal cannabis therapy for their needs.
Surterra Texas is ecstatic to alleviate the suffering of patients in San Antonio and throughout the surrounding regions. Patients can access their low-THC cannabis from Alamo Heights, Leon Valley, Helotes, and Grey Forest. Their dispensary will serve visitors from Macdona, Von Ormy, Losoya and Elmendorf with compassionate care. Residents traveling from Adkins, St Hedwig, Converse and Universal City are welcome at their dispensary. From New Braunfels to Castroville and beyond, Surterra Texas offers lasting, naturally sourced relief from epileptic symptoms.
