Hello Tett, I am sorry to hear you felt Sunburst does not care about your well being. Sunburst staff takes great efforts to ensure the facility remains clean and a safe environment for patients to visit. We disinfect all surfaces every hour throughout the day and have commercial-grade air purifiers running in each room. These purifiers are rated specifically to clean and disinfect the air of foreign particulates including Covid. They completely cycle the air out every hour. Since the state and MMCC have removed all masking requirements we have left it up to each individual to determine what additional measures they wish to take for added protection, including masking and curbside assistance. As someone who is also a cancer patient and Sunburst staff member, I can personally attest to the safety of the facility having worked here throughout the pandemic.
