The prices are insane and it’s a small options list but... the staff has no say in that and they are all wonderful. Can’t wait to go back.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The building is clean and a friendly environment. I love the website and frequency of updates. I love the descriptions listed for each product. The prices are high, but that's something we'll have to deal with for awhile because its new here. They still kept the prices cheaper than the other dispensary nearby when PA only had 1 grower. Not the dispensary fault. The fast track is great. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Great overall experience each time I've been there.

well it seems this is the closest dispensary near me. It would be great to talk to a live person when you pick receptionist option. and it would be great if they call you back after multiple voicemails. Got to be a better way. Disgusting

I love all the staff they do there jobs and greet u with a smile. Every time I've gone the only issue was the wait time I'm sure as more growers and flower becomes available the wait times will be less. I don't really have a problem waiting for my medicine that actually helps and is high quality. thanks solveo for everything u do for your patients.

I think if you let the patients put their order in while they are in the consult with the doc, would dramatically cut down the wait time. They go over the menu and everything with you and could just except the order there, have customers orders filled, have customer pay when they go back to pick the order up in the actual dispo and that’s 20-30 min off most new patients visits

The quality of the products are amazing I’m very impressed. I know as more Grovers come online more product will be available and the price will come down I’m looking forward to that day we can also buy flower.

Each time I’ve been, you can only buy 4 items per visit! Other dispensary let’s you purchase as much as you want! This also is a huge waste of time! If you make someone wait that long, let them buy what they want!! Also, customers were asking employees if it was same at other places and they said yes, which is not true. The state says each patient has the right to buy up to 60 grams in one visit if you want, because that is the total monthly amount allowed by state per patient. Staff seemed overwhelmed with the amount of people and front desk girls were loosing their cool a few times with patients. Broken system at Solevo that needs fixed! You guys should be setting a bar for Pittsburgh, but you are showing everyone what not to do. I’ve bought over 8 grams at the other shop with no issues. That would take 2 visits and 5 hours at Solevo! No bueno 😪
Hello again, thank you for taking the time to leave another review. First, I am sorry for the misinformation. We have the 4 item product limit per visit due to inventory issues we have been seeing in the past, and we want to be able to provide product for a large amount of patients, as there are many in the program so far. We do anticipate that this will no longer have to be in effect once we have more growers shipping to us in PA. We started off with only 1, then 2, and now we have 4 growers shipping to us which is a huge improvement! We have already been seeing less inventory issues and hope those issues slowly subside completely so we have no problem fully supplying all of our patients. We do understand there is a lot of room for improvement at our dispensary, so thank you for the additional feedback. As I mentioned in your previous review, we are discussing some options internally to create a faster system of purchasing medicine and anticipate that some of these issues will be resolved soon. Again, we are always happy to hear the feedback and are looking for ways to get better each day. Much appreciated!
I feel that all the required meetings with physicians, should be based off if you want to meet with them or not. I’m experienced with the process and it was a total waste of time, I knew what I wanted, knew the product, but still had to have an appointment. If you just are a “walk in” you can wait forever! The prices are the same as the cy place in butler and they have a nice smooth first come, first serve waiting list that seems to move so much faster, because the place isn’t filled with physician offices and wait times. Need to fix the process of handling patients that know what they want, instead of making a trip that should take 3 min, last 2 hours!! Trying to avoid this place from now on, until I hear things have changed. It was uncomfortable sitting in a packed room with a bunch of angry people that had been there for over 2 hours as well. If you know what ya want, go to CY!!!
Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. As you point out, we do have a mandatory pharmacist consultation for all first time patients to our dispensary. This is both because we want to follow the legal parameters of the PA program, and also because we see a lot of patients who don't have the same level of expertise that you do and don't have much of a comfort level during their first visit. We've found that many of those folks really appreciate the time we spend up front (although it can admittedly lead to longer visits than it would otherwise!). We understand where you're coming from and definitely can get why you'd be frustrated with the extra step that isn't necessary in your case. I don't think we'll be able to change our policy, but it's really good information for our team to be more aware of in the future. In terms of wait times, we are actually in the process of discussing some options internally, such as a "Fast Track" line that will create a faster and more efficient process for our patients who are more experienced and know exactly what they want. More to come on that once we have the process officially confirmed. We apologize for the inconvenience the long wait may have caused for you, but we do hope to get this issue resolved soon.
