Sierra Well in Reno was the first medical dispensary in Northern Nevada. From the start, our mission has been to provide exceptional service and quality cannabis to our medical patients. With the recent passing of recreational use cannabis, we are now offering these services to recreational customers as well! To make a recreational purchase you must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid, government issued photo ID. Staying true to our medical roots, menu prices on our website, Weedmaps, and Leafly reflect pricing for medical patients. A 10% tax is added to each product during a recreational sale. Per the state, recreational customers may purchase edibles with 10mg THC or less per serving with a total of no more than 100mg THC per product. State wide, everyone is now limited to 3.5g concentrate OR 1oz flower per purchase - although the number of purchases you may make in a day is not limited. This place is great. Felt welcomed the moment we walked threw the door. Purchased some excellent tasting flower. Staff was very knowledgeable and directed me to the strain for my desire. I will be returning here. Thanks.
The building and design of the store is well done and pleasant to visit. Its a great attempt of a medical/professional atmosphere however there are a few issues that lessen this promising dispensary. The location is confusing and not so easy to navigate to; in addition the parking is limited do to a shared parking lot and an excess of customers. but don't be fooled: this line may be due to the fact that strains run out quickly and are low in variety (causing people to need to choose other strains). Inventory is inconsistent and it's a rodeo trying to come in one-time to get a strain you want. On top of these flaws, employees give you a feeling of being rushed and a burden. One employee in particular continued to make me feel uncomfortable and looked down on 3 consecutive visits in a row. This dispensary continues to go down on my list, as I broaden my view to other companies.
Subpar products,overpriced. Bought a preroll and smoked it by myself and it did nothing pretty sure it was trim or shake. Staff seems cool. Not long of a wait so that was cool , but i will be spending my money elsewhere.
My first visited today at Sierra wellness. It was great. I got 4 strains and all of them are good. Just one thing that I don’t feel welcomed when I got in there was a guy standing in front of the counter so I thought he is in the line but I found out later he is not because someone showed up and talk to the staff inside the counter. I was standing there for a while and that staff don’t even pay attention at all even he looked at me when I walk in. So now 1 guy just cut in front of me. But that’s fine it my fault that I should ask. Then finally I get to the counter. The staff he wasn’t friendly at all. He looks like he hate the job. At least when I got inside the budtender was super nice and friendly. I forgot to ask his name. He got a hippie look with cool mustache and beard. Can’t resist myself to tip him. That the reason why I still give you 4 star. However I will visit again
This dispensary has my word because every time I have gone the bud tenders are always very helpful. The prices AND product is very decent ! The 3 pre-rolls for 27$ is a sweet deal too! Thanks for being awesome SWC!
Nice place. Not a convenient location. And prices are too high. Similar to other dispensaries in the area for selling flower at or just below black market prices. I hope soon that like Washington and Colorado the price will even out and soon we'll see consistent $60 to $70 quarters.
Every time I come in, everyone is always happy and cheerful, no matter what time I go in, day or night. Maurice helped me out today and so the last time I visited. He is very knowledgeable and always eager to help. I told him about a very personal situation and he even recommended certain and specific products that would help out a lot. Thanks Sierra for staffing great people.
There is no reason that I have to fill out a contact form to purchase your product. I am from Oregon and have been to 30-40 dispensaries and I have never had to give my phone number, email, etc. No reason to make us jump through even more hurdles than the law requires.
