Careless, inconsistent and unresponsive

Stopped in on Monday to get a half ounce of a flower which I had already tried a few days before. When I saw it was in glass jars instead of the plastic pouch as it had been a few days ago I said something about preferring the plastic pouch. Suddenly, the short, long-haired budtender with the tattoos on his arms gets hostile and blames me for all the plastic in the oceans. Shocked at the turn of attitude I realized he is like any salesman who fakes kindness to make the sale, so no big deal. I mumbled something to him about recycling and Asian pollution and he got more hostile, told me the problem in Asia is from the USA sending all of it’s garbage over there and rushed me out of the store. I had already tipped him (as I always to at the dispensary) before he turned hostile and political and then wished I hadn’t, it just made me feel like this snowflake punk kid had taken advantage of me into by tricking me into treating him generously. When I got home I looked at my receipt and saw that the hateful, angry guy had not given me my senior discount and he charged me $10 for the $1 special. So I went to their website and contacted them via chat, told them what happened and that they owed me $15. I got a message back that a manager would contact me shortly. As you’ve probably guessed they haven’t and it’s now 4 days later. Also, the weed that I got which was in the plastic pouch was much different in both strength and taste than what I got in the non-polluting glass jars. Seems like totally different stuff to me and I feel I've been tricked.. So the budtender was hostile and careless and overcharged me, the pot I got was just not the same as I had bought a week earlier despite being assured that it was just a different package and finally they just don’t really give a sh*t about their customers or they would have called or emailed me back by now. Sierra Well, I’ve been coming here since before recreational weed and I’ve also stopped coming here at times because of your apparent careless handling or mislabeling of weed – or whatever is going on. You should not forget that weed is now a commodity, there are other sellers in town and several of them are more consistent in product, more responsive to their customers, manage their front room better (yours is full of very dry weed whereas other places change out the sample weed weekly) or staff them with uniformly pleasant, informed and respectful bud tenders. I come to your store to get pot, not to be tricked or ripped off or be criticized and treated badly for preferring the plastic pouches(which I recycle and don’t throw them in the ocean.)

It Was My First Time Going! I’m Happy To Say Definitely Going Again. They Were Very Friendly & Helpful. I Explained What I Really Wanted. He Just Recommended Pretty Much 2 Strains That Would Be Helpful & Give Me That High I Needed. Pretty Much Straight Forward Place To Go. Didn’t Leave Disappointed or Aftermath (meaning smoking what I purchased). Which was Sticky B it Was A Great High!

The staff is super friendly and super helpful. I usually only buy tinctures and edibles but my fiance get prerolls and flowers and says it burns great and he gets the feeling that he is looking for. Prices arent too bad either.

keep missing products

so we went here Friday 4/19 for some stuff and ended up missing products in the bag. when I realized it, I called.had to leave a message. then another. then another. no call back until the next day where I was told to come in and they'd take care of me and to ask for a manager. so I did. he said he'd help and get us the product, no charge. I was happy with that. we bought other stuff and I checked the bag. yup, got everything. then we get back home, which is 2 hours away, and I decide to look at the receipt. well, I was charged for the product I was supposed to finally receive...so I'm still missing $20+tax worth of product. this place used to be my favorite in Reno. can't go back now. I lose less money at the nearby casinos.

They Don’t Honor Online Orders

Placed an order online this morning 420 deals. I have never had a problem with any other dispensary here in town with online orders.but this place couldn’t seem to hold my order for a couple hours. When I showed up to pick up,they simply said that about an hour earlier, they had put orders back.! stating that I was about the only person that gone to claim an order! Hard to believe that noise..! And they didn’t have any of the products that I originally wanted.!!! I’ll tell you what,’it will be another while before I step in that place again.

best bud tender ever eden helped me find exactly what i was looking for, then at checkout when i tried to pay a few weird things happened with the atm and the debit card reader, but that didnt stop eden and the awesome manager that was there alexis from making sure i got the medicine i needed. super grateful and appreaciative. only place for me

been coming here for a few months and everything was ok but recently I went to do an Express order to get 2 different items. when I arrived I was told they were not in stock. also if I wanted to know what was in stock , we had to take a paper list make a selection, and have the bud tender look it up. I was told that they are understaffed and it real hard to update weed maps because it's a 3rd party app. this stores idea of customer service is to say" hey man were not batting 1000" may want to consider going elsewhere until things change.

i have a high standard for cannabis clubs and sierra well meets them all. top shelf flower/concentrates, a wide range of other products, and a fantastic staff. i'd like to mention that Levi is a consummate professional and always is so genuine and diligent. best spot in reno hands down, i personally dont go anywhere else but sierra well

I’ve come into Sierra wellness numerous times with my medical card and never had a problem. I came in today and was denied entry due to my medical card. They did not explain to me anything just said I was not allowed in without a parent. I’m 19 years old and was issued my card from my doctor for my medical issues and these people refused my treatment without any cause. Terrible service and terrible establishment. 0/10 recommended for none.

This is my favorite rec shop in reno great products and fair prices. It is not always perfect the tenders actually make a lot of mistakes and are usually rude when you call them on it honoring deals sometimes and other times hiding behind store policy while smiling in your face its not cool i am a really good customer. I have to keep coming back here and taking stars back . 3 months ago i gave them 4 stars now they have two and that is purely based on service . I would love a response from management but i think they are too busy taking classes how to be super fake.the last time i complained they responded by sending my a flyer for an event they are having i have the email if anyone wants proof.

kind of lack luster waiting area when I started going there. After being medicinal only they had a doctor's office feel. But then changed it up. inside got revamped. amazing management and staff. call you if products were on hold, selection, even used to drive down from Tahoe for them all the time. mad props.

I'm a medical marijuana patient from California I forgot my recommendation but I was in the computer the lady told me she had to ring me up as a regular customer instead of a medical patient because I did not have my medical card which is BS I went down to reef and they acknowledged my medical marijuana patient card in there system I think this place has bad customer service the last three times I've been there I got bad service they made me feel like I was not supposed to be there. every time I was in Reno I would come almost every day you just lost a good customer

do yourself a favor and price check the products you buy before heading here. youll notice that sierra well charges up to double the price of other dispensaries for the EXACT same product. Worst in town for sure.
