Went in today and to my surprise they had just gotten a new batch of moxie and Shango so I had to take advantage of those! Then was told they got a 3 for $100 on moxie. Let's just say I'm a happy dabber with my cured resin from shango & LR badders from moxie. my man joey really helped out on everything appreciate it !
Came from California to try some flowers staff is very cool but the flower is dry as sand. Broke up like dust smoked horrible. Got a quarter of bloodhound asked to exchange the flower for another strain and was told they don't do that. If I wanted dry flowers I would a bought some shwag from Craigslist. Minus stars for dry flowers. Will never return.

people are kind of rude which is extremely awkward at a place your getting medicine from. Not a lot of product that wasn't dry so far. please get some peppier employees

Have gone multiple times, never been satisfied once.. The staff make me feel uncomfortable and don't seem to care for their customers. Over priced products and they just can never get it right. Won't be coming back unless desperate
Well that is definitely not what we like to hear. We take caring for our patients very seriously and strive to do everything we can to go above and beyond for them. Can you please let us know what specifically you have not been satisfied with? We are not perfect and know that we can continue to improve and do better.
Very recently we looked at how our prices compare to other dispensaries in the area and we are confident that our prices are competitive.

staff is super friendly and knowledgeable think I found my new spot...
The staff are always real and while they may be busy at times, show that they care for their patients. Very nice people. Unfortunately with the system being down today they only had a couple strains available, but still a good experience.

My favorite Reno dispensary hands down! Location is perfect and the plaza is mellow. While I ultimately shop for flower ( it is delish here), I will say that the employees keep me coming back. Yesterday, I walked in feelin pretty haggard and fresh out of the airport after a long holiday travel. I was greeted with a smile and the perfect balance of humility and enthusiasm aka goooodvibeeessss. The woman who checked me in was so full of life it literally gave me life. Also, the gentleman with the tao te ching tattoo who helped me choose my flowers recommended the most incredible pre-roll. I am feelin so good right now!! Thank you my people! Much love.

Very nice establishment, except far more expensive than other places in the area for literally the exact same products. Also, the buds seem to be old and dry this time.
We are really excited to hear you appreciate the staff and our store, but are bummed that you felt our selection is too expensive.
We recently completed a price review of all dispensaries in the area and believe our prices are competitive. If you found an exact product for a significantly lower price at other locations we would definitely want to know which product. Our goal is to continue to provide high quality products at a great price for our patients.
