An Arizona State Approved MMJ facility serving Sierra Vista, Hereford, Huachuca City, Whetstone, and all of Cochise County.

Started by Dr. Lisa Landy, the dispensary has been open since mid-2013. Serving well over 1000 patients, SVP strives to be about the PATIENT! Open 7 days a week with delivery service available. We are a cash only facility with an ATM on premises. ALL of our meds are grown by us in our very own cultivation center. We grow only in soil and everything is 100% organic.

I was new and didnt understand anything. Never smoked before. Older gal. The initial waiting room is awful. Metal lawn chairs suck and are cheap. I have spent money, you can afford them. Never any specials. Always out of everything! I am going to Bisbee from now on. I love Laura! Get you stuff together. Greed sucks. I own a business. I will go here for emergencys only. Horrible dry flower.

Flower is ALWAYS dry!

Ive tried to give this place a few chances but it seems as if the quality of flower is continuing to go downhill. Harsh on the throat and full of seeds. The shatter is decent. The staff is good besides Matt. Always has something rude remark to say or sense of annoyance while asking recommendations.

As I had stated in my previous post, I assured I would do a follow up on my most recent visit. Based off of my last visit there a month ago it is evident that the staff does read the weedmaps reviews. The shatter and bud was shown in a display case, so that was fixed. Unfortunately the same Matt character who had made me cry last time had to be the person assisting me, smuggly may I add. It is upsetting to know the reviews are read to better fix their store, and yet multiple negative reviews on the same exact staff member is still ignored. Dr. Landy this makes your patients feel like our voices do not matter. Thank you for updating your product selection and displays options, and thank you to Laura and the other two gentlemen that have given excellent service on all other visits.

Couldn't ask for a better staff. But when it comes to the product, I would have to say I'm unhappy. Not only is the product extremely dry but I have also found mold in my bud.

As a fairly new patient I have gotten accustom to being treated extremely well whenever I go to a dispensary, but this experience was completely different in Sierra vista. Not only did I experience the worst most uneducated staff possibly in the business, but one of the bud tenders had the balls to tell me that there's no way I can go through a half gram of wax in a night and if I did then it was a waste! So I asked him very quickly who the do you think hell are you to telling me i wasted it? I let him know I was in excruciating pain all night and it helped me get to the point where I could even lay down comfortably and shut him up real quick. So I would say the rest of the staff besides the heavier set white guy with a beard was fine in my experience, but that fat white guy needs to go find another job because he obviously isn't happy where he's at talking to his patients like that.

It was a nightmare

My boyfriend and I regular patients at this dispensary. This particular experience was the worst interaction I have had with any budtender ever. When we were finally helped in the back we were rudely asked what we wanted to get. I asked if I was able to see their Melon Gum strain, he brought me the container and I liked the product so I had asked to get a gram of it. He said they only had that product in an eighth. Alright, fine by me. So I ask which strains do you have available for grams then? RUDELY the guy says well the chart is right in front of your face so I'm not going to list them out for you. Evidently not all strains were available (melon gum being the example) so me asking their availability of a product is not that outlandish, even so it is literally his job to make my purchasing experience a good one. So I shook it off and asked "so do you have any strain suggestions? " and from the other room he is shouting "well I need to know what you want the medicine for first...you want an indica!? A sativa?!. Do you need it for nausea?!? Sleep?!? Etc?!?. "Without giving me a moment to even speak. Obviously I was open to trying anything, that is why I asked for his opinion for what a good or popular strain was (Plus isnt it his job to assist me in picking out medications tailored for my illness? He acted as though I was hassling him by asking him for his opinion on the product or really for anything in general. Well the service was rude enough for my boyfriend to turn to me and suggest we should leave and spend our hard earned money elsewhere. I told the gentleman I would no longer be needing his assistance today, and of course he continued taunting and antagonizing me as I rounded the corner to the cash register area. I stuck my hand over the counter to retrieve our medical cards (I was in a rush at this point, I suffer from anxiety and he induced as well intensified a panic attack to the point of sending me into tears). I grabbed our cards with my head to the floor, rushing out the door, and he was literally yelling as I am exiting the bud room "here don't forget your cards and you have a great weekend!!!" sarcastically. I didn't hear the rest because I am not spending my time and money to be harassed by your staff. Even the next patient in line said "wow that was quick, you guys must have known what you wanted. " into which we had to explain that we were leaving due to his poor attitude and treatment of the customers. You literally lost two customers who were willing to invest money in your business due to the terrible service. For the most part, the rest of my encounters have been pleasant. I do not appreciate that they never have a display for their shatter. The bud is not presented on the counter in any way, so I literally have to pick from a list blindly or ask to see every single strain. The shatter seems to be trim run, and more often than not I pay $27 including tax for a half gram of shatter that is some what gooey. I get better taste, consistency, and price buying the AZ med nug run shatter for the same price from the Benson dispensary. Their bud is just OK for the prices, tbh I go out to the bisbee dispensary for flower more often than not because the prices and selection is better! Also please update your weedmaps menu, get on massroots, use social media to help your platform! Don't just assume because you're the closest dispensary in Sierra Vista that we have to settle with this terrible treatment and sub par product. I would rather drive to Tucson or various dispensaries than spend my money where I am not valued as a person. My profession is in customer service, and I can honestly say I was offended by the crass behavior my boyfriend and I were subjected to. I called the dispensary not long after the interaction to ask for the budtender who was on duty's name. Matt is the name of the guy who heckled us. I am dissapointed that I had to leave the building in tears feeling like crap, and even worst I had to go home without medication. We didn't have the time or means today to travel to Benson, Bisbee, or Tucson so we couldn't get what we NEEDED. This was terrible and I honestly don't know if I will spend my money here again. I guess I will update this post if there is any further updates.

When in Sierra Vista, do as the Sierra Vistans.

Business brings me to Sierra Vista on occasion. For that reason I decided to visit and get myself registered with this dispensary. If you’re from SV then you already know this place. For those from out of the area, Sierra Vista is in Cochise County, in Southeastern Arizona. Population is about 40k.

This is how my first attempt at registering went a couple months back. After a full workday I drove across town and arrived at the dispensary 20 minutes before closing. Google maps put me at the parking lot next door, so heads-up. The dispensary door is located on the side on the building, not facing street. Access was good otherwise, lots of parking. As I entered a patient had just filled a prescription. First waiting area, and I guess the area for guests, was small with a fews chairs. Went up to the window, dropped my credentials throughout the safety slot. Without a chance to speak, the attendant buzzed me in immediately to the next room. This was much larger waiting space for clients. Clean, lounge, with resource reading materials. After a few minutes I was lead to the next room, a small “flower” counter. At this point I told the budtender I was new, first time. At which point that mood saddened. They told me there was no time to register me, and asked if I could return tomorrow. Past registration forms I’ve filled took just a couple minutes, so I assumed there was a lot of work to do on their end. Disappointed, yes, but I didn't give up the idea.

Latest visit went down a bit more successfully. Arrived just after noon. Same process, credentials at the window, I was asked if this was my first visit. Registered and proceeded through to the flower counter. Oddly, the counter has no flowers visible! On the counter sat a lit of available strains. A short menu. I inquired about specials. I was informed of the “Toobie” special, two plastic tube containers filled with two grams of shredded flower. Having accomplished the registration I decided to take the special and leave the buds for another day. I prefer to take my time at the flower counter and today there was a long drive ahead of me. The staff on this visit was way more courteous and attentive, than those sassy kids in the evening shift of my first visit. Still, if you happen to be in the Sierra Vista area you should pay these folks a visit. They take care of their patients in SV and that’s a great thing. Besides, Cochise County is just a beautiful place!

Lovely intentions

This is the main store I normally go to and I love every single person there. They are very social and friendly to me as well as other customers. I'm always happy to be in there with the most wonderful people in the world.

Cornered Market? I think so!

This place needs to learn how to trim there bud appropriately. if I buy 28 grams it should be cheaper per gram than buying one, this is pretty standard with any form of medication including over the counter Tylenol. Wishy washy on prices though now they are supposed to be a "set range across the board", I went a week of buying the most nasty wax from them at a reduced price being told that this was going to be the new price for all of their concentrates. Funny how the minute they get some better quality stuff the price goes right back up. With some of the other dispensaries getting closer to them and delivering to the area, they have been forced to reduce their prices. I encourage you all to shop around if you're in Sierra Vista and only hit these guys up if you need medication in a pinch. They got a 3 star on staff, because well to put it simple most of them are rude! There is a nice gentlemen "Matt" I believe is his name that works there. The late night staff tend to have the attitudes, that one does not expect from a dispensary. I've stopped by a few times late at night very close to closing time, to see the lights off looking like they are already closed. I got there once at 6:58-6:59 walked in the unlocked open front door, and was told see ya tomorrow. They have a nice retail store, with a nice waiting room and free coffee, I'd trade all for a little bit more compassionate prices, and certainly more variety in concentrates.
