Switch and Bait to sale expired products

I messaged via the Satori website's Contact Us form on December 24, 2019. On January 1st, I sent an email to the customer service email provided to other dissatisfied customers in response to their reviews. I have still not received a response. I have given ample time for my complaint to be addressed. On December 2nd, a budtender at your Fremont location used underhanded and shady tactics to push outdated airopro cartridges. My concern and what I aim to discover for others that may fall victim to such tactics is if this is isolated to ONE BAD budtender or if this is a Satori policy and procedure. I placed an online order totaling $170. When we arrived, we were told that two of the products were not available but he had products similar. We explained that I use Cannabis for my Complex PTSD and post traumatic headaches. I was very detailed that I do not like to use anything that slows my processing ability and I only use particular strains that I know do not affect me. Very detailed. I do know exactly which budtender it was. This is an unethical practice and really adds to the government's concerns of legalization of a product that is known to cause errors in judgement of both users and sellers (dealers). I used the Fremont location because I have to relocate to the Seattle area for healthcare. I was shopping for a store to make my store. However, the Colfax address must have indicated I was just passing through and couldn't return any faulty cartridges within the allowed time frame. When I realized there was something wrong with the cartridge I carried it to your Pullman store to see if they could exchange. I would have been fine if they couldn't exchange because it was from a different store. But no, two of the Pullman budtenders failed to point out that the cartridges have expiration dates and this cartridge was way beyond that date of 3/16/19. They took it further to promote a new product that they claim is more reliable than the airopro. Shady practice and I'm certain the airopro company will be more than happy to listen to my concerns surrounding sales tactics of their products at two Satori locations. I was not even in Washington before the expiration date of March 2019. I was still living in Tennessee where I was the Jail Administrator. So again, I use cannabis because it is the only medicine that has alieviated my symptoms enough to live each day. And I sure didn't move over 2,500 miles away just to be cheated by a drug dealer. We know NOW to check expiration dates. He didn't even change the receipt to reflect my actual purchase. He really spent some time developing this scam. I don't have any way to show I purchased it on December 2nd and not before the expiration date. Oh wait, I do! I didn't even know what Satori was before August 2019 when I made my first Satori purchase in Pullman. Is it just the one problem employee?
