I drove quite a distance to River Rock, specifically because they are open until 10 PM... or so I thought. I arrived at 9:46 PM, bright neon "OPEN" sign still illuminated in the window. I rang the doorbell outside, and an employee emerged from the back room, only to wave at me from inside to go away. "We're closed," I could see her mouthing. I tried to signal to her that I'd be real quick, as I drove all that way just to pick up a pre-roll. But she ignored me and turned away. Perhaps if this store intends to close at 9:45, it would be courteous of them to publish their closing time as 9:45 and not 10 PM. That way I would not have wasted time, gas, and effort driving all that way for nothing.

been a member for years.. They have severely went down on the medical side.. seem mainly focused on recreational.. this is a bummer.. greed always wins .. did you forget recreational herb is available with the help of how well medical did. better quality of life not cash lined pockets .
have only been in once (medical) but I have had there product before. Very nice flower. Growers seem to be on point or at least real close to it. Was super comfortable the moment I walked in. And my budtender (Ashley) on point one of the nicest most respectable and helpful budtender I've come across. I will return to try more product and if am this satisfied I will sign my plant count to them. Miss Ashley you are amazing and to the owner you have a great staff don't let them go.
Staff is cool. Bud is below average.
I bought an eighth of Khalifa Kush that bared zero resemblance to the KK I've had in Cali. I found 2 beans in my jar- so we'll see how that turns out.
Had a great experience..Great prices...Awesome environment..oh and absolutely gorgeous women lol not that means anything they where very polite tho

It's 's a good location and there's usually parking. They have a friendly staff. Doesn't feel like I'm visiting someone in jail when I walk in. No weird security guy or plexiglass windows. The best thing about them is the product. You can't beat the $75 ounce deals. **Amended**
Sorry guys but I had no other choice but to adjust my rating and amend my review..
3/29.. So I call RiverRock South to inquire about their medical membership benefits and the phone was busy ALL day. I emailed my request and have yet to receive a response. They lost a potential member due to lack of customer service. If they can't answer phones or return emails then they can't be that good of a medical provider.
This dispensaries is completely on point!!
Everyone that works here is super helpful always offering for you to smell the bud if you feel it necessary but the beautiful bud speak for itself if you do in fact get lucky enough to get there early enough for the $75 ounce *(So Incredibly Grateful by the way)* they always always let you pick which one you want if there are others to select from!!!
Picked up a $75 ounce. I got Flo OG. After removing about an 1/8 of larfy leafs and stems I had about a 1/4 of nugs and the rest were little pieces of nugs.
In the jar it has a very faint green tea smell which leads me to believe the cure was not long enough. Breaking the bud up you do get that Flo smell to come out, but just. Rolled up a j of the nuglets and put a nug in my bubbler. I won't lie there is a comedown of this bud. I don't think this was flushed well at all.
Overall = Even for $75 the bud is pretty bad. Smells like green tea and has no flavor. Wouldn't recommend.
Atmosphere= very chill vibe (I know, what a cliché.). Nice relaxing colors throughout and no confusion on where to go as the med and rec are in the same room.
Staff= Had a grea budtender. Can't remember his name, but he was very inviting and knowledgeable. I felt no pressure to purchase anything. He also reminded me that I get BOGO joints as first time patient. Receptionist was very kind and attentive. Overall, incredible staff
Accessibility= Busy intersection with few spots, but I was able to park easily and getting out of the downtown area is easily done.
Price= Even at $75 for an ounce I feel I paid too much.
Overall= Just not very good flower.
Came in to try the $75 Oz deal. I was expecting a stemmy crappy strain, but they had multiple to choose from. I was impressed with the guava and flo og and walked out of there feeling like I robbed the place. Will definitely be back. The buds had nice trichomes, had been cured properly, and smoked up nice. How can they sell them so cheap?! Love it.
This is my new go to.. I appreciate the care and attention and quality my pain is a manageable monster with their help keep up the great work!
