I came to Reef dispensary a few days ago and I came to try the Shortbread strain, so I got an eighth, but when the bud tender was cashing me out he noticed that I was a first-time patient, and I got another eighth for free! I tried the Trinity Blueberry. The quality was good, and the people were very kind to me. So I would totally recommend this place to anyone who has their medical card.
I enjoyed the hybrid very much, usually not a fan but I really enjoyed what this company has going On! keep it up!

I was in one night for my first time. I thought I'd check out this place even though it is about 50 miles there and back. There was a decent wait but I dont mind that at all most of us patients are used to it. when I finally got to the back I liked what I saw, A wide selection of waxes and buds of all tiers. bud prices are great. Although the guy helping me seemed like he was rushing me along, he pointed out the 25$ eighths that I could get for free as a first timer, and pressed me to pick one. Then he started pushing me to buy a pre-roll and it seemed like he was trying to get me on my way after that? I felt pressured when taking my time looking at the products. I asked the two guys working back there if they knew about their waxes or thc% or anything and they both just said they didnt know which seemed kind of shady. In the end got a cartridge that the man who helped me had actually reccommended their in house brand over the clear (which later gave me trouble), the 1/8th of buds plus a couple other grams, .5 of wax(just wait) that he also reccommended, and the preroll. Then I was on my way. When I got in from the drive home and opened my bag I found that the man who helped me forgot to put in .5 of wax I paid for. I called in the morning and they said they would take care of it for me, but it was very lacking in customer service. When got there I was helped in the back by a friendly man named Ira this man was the star player of the situation. He was very friendly and worked everything out for me and was very knowledgable about the products I had asked him if he had some trouble wth their terps cartridges not pulling when you hit them and he said he had before but that I could exchange it for another, but to try a new battery first. I also bought a bunch more products that I was interested in but was too rushed to be able to ask about the night before(sodas, higher tier strains, more prerolls, etc) . I went out the next day and bought a battery for $10 to try it out and it still didnt work, which meant another 50 mile round trip trek to get a new cartridge. When I got there the front desk lady was cold and the woman at the express seemed annoyed when I was telling her what happened, I asked her if there was something they could do for all my troubles and I was given a $5 preroll. which doesnt really even cover the battery that I didnt need to buy because of the faulty cartridge. Not to mention the gas and I told them the whole story. Overall the place seems like it could be a nice spot if everything goes right, or if they are in a good mood...I wish I would have gotten everything I wanted all at once, It would have been worth the drive to come out every now and then. But after all the hassle I probably wont be visiting this place again when there are shops all around town.
